Dr. Conrad Vine is a husband, father, missionary, ordained minister of the Gospel and committed servant of Jesus Christ. Born into a pastoral family in the United Kingdom, he was raised alongside his twin brother and two sisters, moving frequently as part of his family’s ministry journey.

After earning a degree in Business Management in 1995, Dr. Vine began his professional life in the UK public healthcare system. However, in 1996, he responded to God’s call to mission service and joined the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), initially serving in Azerbaijan, where he met his wonderful wife, Luda. They married in December 1999 and view their marriage and family as cherished gifts from a loving Heavenly Father. Their work with ADRA continued through 2002, taking them to various countries in a range of humanitarian and leadership roles.

From 2002 to 2004, Conrad Vine pursued seminary training at Newbold College, UK. Upon completing his studies, he and Luda began their pastoral ministry together in London, UK. Their ministry journey then led them to the Middle East Union, where Pr. Vine served as Secretary-Treasurer, and then to four years of pastoral service in Minnesota, USA.
 

In 2011, Pr. Vine accepted the call to serve as President of Adventist Frontier Missions (AFM), a position he held faithfully through March 2025. Under his leadership, AFM remained committed to reaching unreached people groups with the everlasting Gospel, and Gospel outreach grew rapidly among the unreached. While serving at AFM, Dr. Vine earned a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree from Andrews University.

In April 2025, Dr. Vine launched his own independent preaching ministry, As a Needle to the Pole, Inc.(AN2P), dedicated to helping people prepare to meet Jesus when He returns in the clouds of glory. Together with his wife Luda, they continue to serve God with a passion for truth and a heart for the mission field.
