Broken Bride III – Remnant, Respectable, or Regime Church

[Music]I'm actually partially deaf in my leftear I'm not surewhy but when I sleep I always sleep onmy right side so my good ear is coveredup when Isleep and my wife often tells me thingsat night when I'masleep when I'm in bed and she canlegitimately say in the morning but Itold you soI can say yes but I didn't hear you soand it's a wonderful compromise to haveinlife so uh thank you so much for helpingthe audio visual here that music wasbeautiful yes yes and um you know thetrumpet is one of my favoriteinstruments I love the trumpet andedfrom handle's Messiah for the trumpetshall Death Shall sound the dead shallbe raised it's a beautiful piece ofmusic I'm maybe sure Pastor David you'veplayed that somewhere but it's abeautiful piece and I love the trumpetbecause has a certain tone to it there'sa tone to it and people recognize when atrumpet is being played because atrumpet has the ability to cut throughall the surroundingnoise and so uh tonight is the second uhthis is called broken bride part threetomorrow in Sabbath School in that's atleast the Sabbath School hour I'll bedoing broken bride one I'm going betalking about um the the Antichrist inscripture and the modern ecumenicalmovement and where it's leading uh soyou want to be around for that uhtomorrow night I'm speak speaking aboutthe bride of Christ um and God as aDivine divorce and the the weddingsupper of the Lamb that we're alllooking forward to and how God gives hisSaints a clobe of righteousness to beready for that glorious day and tonightI'm going to be talking it's calledbroken bride number three I've entitledthis Remnant respectable or regimechurch and uh I I I want to say at theoutset that I don't look forward to manyof the sermons that Igive I I don't look forward to them I IGod lays a burden upon my heart and Isay' no Lord I don't want to preach itbut then he says I need you to writethis down so I write it down and then Isaid but Lord I don't want to preach itand he says no but this this a chancethere you're going to preach it thereand said Lord I don't want to preach itbut then it seems to happen that way andso um there are sometimes you preach asermon um maybe for a wedding or for afuneral and you're kind of lookingforward to that um weddings are joyousoccasions and they're nice to preach forfunerals are nicer to preach for becausenothing worse can go wrong and so itdoesn't really matter if you misspeak inafuneral um it doesn't really matter butweddings with with Blended familiesthese days you can have um twobiological mothers and two stepmotherswalking wanting or walk down the aislein the practice and you nobody everquite knows who goes first and who goeslast it gets really complex these daysso uh anyway I'm going to preach tonighton the remnants the respectable theregime church I want to preface it by umjust REM izing what I said last nightwhat we said in the question answersession here today is that what happenedin the last three years was not the markof the beast that we're all Brothers andSisters in Christ that it is it does notput you in the Lamb's Book of Life orout of the Lamb's Book of Life dependingon the choices that any one of us madein the last three to four years and it'stime for us to kind of catch our breathsand take a look back because we knowwhat's coming in the future and so I'musing this opportunity here to reflectum some more on what happened and whatit points out to us in the futurebecause we know that more mandates arecoming maybe of vaccines but certainlyrelating to false worship and thequestion of worship which we find allthe way through the Book of Revelationchapters 12 and 13 so um before we openthe word of God and we open our sermontogether let's bow our heads and ask forthe presence of the holy spirit so shallwe pray HeavenlyFather we thank you that the Sabbathhours are now uponus Lord as Dr Sydney uh welcom Us inwith the those words of welcome andtalking about the lighting of the candleI pray Lord that as the darkness of ourworld gathers around us so the light ofour witness will shine brighter andbrighter for you Lord I pray that duringthese Sabbath hours each one of us willcome to a deeper faith in Jesus Christfather I pray that as a result of beingat this camp meeting through the singingthe preaching uh the Practical uhSeminars the classes I pray Lord thatour witness for Jesus will burn everbrighter from this day forward now Lordas I I I preach this sermon Lord I Ithank you for giving it to me and Lord Ipray that be a faithful servant anddischarging thisresponsibility Lord I Thank you forhearing this prayer in Jesus name I askamen so last night we looked at thequestion of what are the administrativeboundaries within the SDA church andwhen somebody says that something is anadministrative item that has been dealtwith um what are the boundaries withinour structure and I came to theconclusion in my study on that and Ihope we all came to the conclusionourselves that um while we are delightedand grateful that our church leaders atthe conference the union the divisionthe GC level while we are thankful thatthey do what they do and they many ofthem have very um thankless tasks thereis a boundary of which they cannot crossand actually our church conf ourconference leaders our Union division GCleaders have precisely zero authorityover any aspect of Our Lives zero theycannot vote for anything in my life oryour life it's just a matter of factthey cannot determine where you live whoyou marry what you wear what you eatwhat you um spend your money on theycannot determine what job you have whatpart of the country you live in if youmove from Maine to Minnesota then downto Florida you don't have to askanybody's permission about that um youare a free moral agent and each one ofus is accountable before God for thedecisions that we make on a daily basisit is not that we are amoral beings itis not that we are unaccountable beingswe are morally accountable before ourheavenly father for how we live ourlives and so while we affirm uh the factthat church leaders have no authorityover the members they cannot make anydecisions for our lives that does notmean that we are free of moralaccountability as uh as Dr Steve saidearlier Sydney said earlier there areangels in in this in this house thereare the Heavenly Watchers we read aboutin The Book of Daniel and the HeavenlyWatchers saw what B shaza was doing inhis mocking of God in his feast andbecause they noted what he was doing hebrought judgment upon himself so we aremoral beings every word every deed everyaction is transcribed in the records ofHeaven the Watchers are around us and wewill one day have to give account forevery word and every deed um in thatfinal judgment but tonight I want tolook at the question of whether we are aRemnant Church a respectable church or aregimechurch and uh that's the the journeywe're going to go on today so um maketry and make sure this thing works hereum as I said last night there's deepfake videos appearing all over the worldthese days so I set up a YouTube channelit's conradine youtube.com I'd encourageyou to subscribe to it andthen you'll see at least I think Igenuine videos of myself um there may befake videos out there but that'll be agenuine website there so this is ourjourney tonight we're going to look atsome previous GC and Ira statements onreligious liberty I'll come to Ira in aminute I'm going to talk about the factthat the truth matters I'm going to lookat the impact of the reaffirmationstatement on Adventists and what are theimplications for us in the final crisislike how do we respond and should theseevents come our way in the future sowe're going to start out by looking atGC and Ira statements on religiousliberty now we we're familiar what theword GC stands for that's a generalconference and that's like the highestconference in our church that organizesthe world missionary work but the IR laawas established over 130 years ago it isthe international religious libertyAssociation it was established by ourworld's church over 130 years agobecause back in the day in the 1870s and1880s we were convicted and convincedthat Liberty of conscience is going tobe the Battleground in the final crisisbetween good and evil and I'm convincedof that today and you can look up theiraa the international religious libertyAssociation States run by the generalconference it has delegates from allaround the world Church in it and theyproduce some powerful statements andevery few years they have a congress sowe're going to look at some of thestatements that have come out of thisorganization there's their website therethe international religious libertyAssociation it's IR la.org I'd encourageyou to check it out there are somefascinating resources there if you're areligious liberty leader in your localcongregation you want to take note ofthese things and I encourage you just totake may take advantage of this actuallythe church has an incredible wealth ofinformation and resources out there butthe average member has no ideaexists and I would encourage you tostart looking at say the North AmericanDivision website or the union websitesbecause they often have a plethora ofresources out there that are veryhelpful for local churches and for youin your family and in your marriage andwe as regular members we often have noidea it exists many of these stuffthings have got different brands on themthey're not all linked to one websiteyou have to go hunting for them but thisis a very very helpful website here theIRA and the iraa voted some statementsover the years in fact back in 1897 Ithink it was the iraa the the AdventistChurch had a set of like they didn'tcall it fundamental beliefs but theythey published a list of principles thatwe stand for and I think it was number17 stated that one of the coreprinciples we stand for was Liberty ofconscience it was actually you might sayan original version of our fundamentalbeliefs and we actually listed Libertyof conscience as one of our core beliefsuh back in the 1890s so from1893 you know I've I've leared over theyears that it's worth going to when whensomebody dies this is a hint foreverybody here when somebody dies go totheir house and ask The Grievingchildren if you could take a look at thelibrary because these days people don'twant the old books on the shelves butyou find real jewels on those shelvesreal treasures and a good library is alabor of love I'll tell you why becausefor every 10 books that I read I giveaway eight is not worth having so if Igive you a present you need to thinkvery carefully I give away eight becausethey're not worth having but I keep twobecause they're really good thereseminal books in their area of study andso over the course of 10 20 30 40 Yearsof reading you eventually end up with alibrary that all the books been readmultiple times and those are like thecore books in each of those areas and umyou know I have other books my my my bedcollapsed a number of years ago uhthere's there's the um mattress there'sthe Box Thing underneath it and I've gotthese steel struts across and theycollapsed so my wife said what are wegoing to do about it I said well peoplekeep giving me books um nobody fromMaine let me under emphasize this nobooks from Maine are under my book undermy bed and so I stack the books under mybed and so when somebody says did youlike the book I said I keep it close tomy head when I sleep which is very trueso um but I've discovered that when yougo to uh when somebody dies tragicallyand you go and visit the family take alook at the books on the shelves becausemore and more people these days theydon't want to be troubled by the oldthose old dusty Library volumes but youfind real Treasures on thoseshelves and I'd encourage you to do thatand um I went to somebody's houserecently who passed away and I picked upa little red book I thought it was oneof sister white's books and then when Igot it home I inspected it a bit moreclosely and it was was um somePublications from 1893 from theinternational religious libertyAssociation I was stunned I did not knowthis resource existed it was publishedby that what what then was our generalconference back in the day and I wasreading through it and there were allkinds of sermons from at Jones in it allkinds of other things fascinating stuffand I came across some of thesestatements so listen to these statementsthis is what we stood for back in 1893says this man's first and highestAllegiance in all things is due to hiscreator therefore the domain ofconscience is one which human governmentwhether of one or of many has no righttoinvade no man can surrender hisconscience to the keeping of another andmaintain his loyalty to God but as amoral as a responsible moral being hemust remain loyal to his creator atwhatever cost even at the sacrifice oflife itself and so just as the firstamendment with freedom of religion isthat is it the foundational relig infoundational rights in our Bill ofRights so um Liberty of conscience isthe foundational religious freedom inthe government of heaven and when Godcreated Adam in chapter two of the Bookof Genesis uh the very first thing hesaid to him before he said anything elsewas you may eat of every tree in thisGarden but of that one tree theknowledge of the of the tree of theknowledge of Good and Evil you shall noteat of it and so the very first thingthat God affirmed to Adam was that weare moral beings accountable to ourHeavenly Creator and our conscience isis accountable to our Heavenly Creatorand not to anybodyelse 1893 ww Prescott wrote this in asermon called Christ and the Sabbath hesays it is a characteristic of Satan tocompel and every effort to compel in anyof the consciences of men is whatsatanic every effort to compel theconsciences of men in any way whether itbe the Sabbath or any other matter atissue is satanic God wins by the powerof love amen God leaves everyone tochoose Satan tries to compel everyeffort to compel the conscience issatanic and the results will be satanicso there we are a sermon by WW Prescottone of our early church leaders in thatreligious liberty library from1893 we then had a declaration ofprinciples that were voted by our churchleaders back in1893 and on the left hand side you havethe Declaration one of those principlesit says there we believe it is the rightand should be the privilege of every manto worship according to the dictates ofhis conscience now you have a scripturereference on the right from Romans 12and verseone and then uh skip forward 140 yearsand come to the 21st or 23d of August2023 and um every year the generalconference has two meetings there's thespring meetings and there's the annualCouncil which is normally in October andum that those two meetings where themajor decisions get taken betweenGeneral Conference sessions and then theAdcom of conf General Conference meetsevery month to deal with the the uh thethe the issues as they come up um but umevery year every every couple of yearsthe iraa has a Congress and the lastWorld Congress of the iraa was in August2023 and the the general conference thedepartment leader for public affairs andreligious Liberties a man called DrGanon Diop some of you are familiar withhim and he was the uh the instrument ofthe architof the church's statement in 21 uhdenying religious liberty objections onthe part of Adventists to mandates butum despite that in 2023 this is what hewas preaching in the ira Congress in thegeneral conference building in August 23he said religious liberty is quote theright to profess practice and propagateone's beliefs without coercionintimidation or manipulation he went onto Define religious liberty as quotefreedom freedom from being forced to dosomething that is against one's deeplyheld convictions or against one'sconscience end of quote and so heexplicitly recognized that religiousliberty involves upholding your Libertyof conscience and your Liberty ofconscience it doesn't give you thefreedom to do as you wish it means thatyou are no longer a slave to sin you'reare now a slave torighteousness it's not that we arebecome amoral beings the liberty ofconscience means that we are slaves toto to to righteouswe are Servants of our loving heavenlyfather and with the freedom that Godgives us we are to serve one another inlove as per the Apostle Paul so Dr GanonDiop went on to say at annual Council inOctober last year he said humanconscience is sacred it must not beviolated by anyone it is sacrilegious toconstrain or pressure people to dosomething against the dictates of theirconscience now this was the man who puttogether the statement denying Libertyof conscience in thepandemic but this is what he says whenthe pandemic is over human conscience issacred it must not be violated by anyoneit is sacrilegious to constrain orpressure people to do something againstthe dictates of their conscience he goeson to say this h no man is to think thathe is the owner of the minds andcapabilities of his Brethren he is notto think the others must submit to hisdictation he is liable to her liable tomake mistakes as every man is he is notto try to control matters in accordancewith his ideas and this particular quotehere um is taken from the book this daythis day with God by Sister white page192 he then had another quote from thespirit of Prophecy and this particularone here from councils on Health page345 uh this is what he quoted in theannual Council last year at the generalconference he said it is not God'spurpose that any human being shouldyield yield his mind and will to thecontrol of another becoming a passiveinstrument in his hands no one is tomerge his individuality in in that ofanother he is not to look to any otherhuman being as the source of healing hisdependence must be in who in God it isthat in the Dignity of his god-givenmanhood he is to be controlled by Godhimself Not By Any Human intelligencethis is a quote there from councils onHealth page 345 and Dr ganun Diop wascorre corly and rightly reflecting thesevery powerful statements from writingsof sister white um that that uphold thebasic truth that we are created in theimage of God as moral beings as morallyaccountable beings and we areaccountable to our Heavenly Father forevery word and every deed in our livesand there was no question about this I Ionce um quoted this to my wife about mymother-in-law not being controlled byher and she didn't see the humor in thatparticular comment some of you will sotheum but then just just to remindourselves as we discussed last nightthis is the key paragraph in the October21 reaffirmation statement where DrGanon Diop um because it says there thesth Adventist Church in consultationwith the health ministries that's DrPeter landas and the public affairs andreligious liberty department that's DrGanon Diop who in 2023 is such achampion of individual liberty ofconscience they are convinced that'sgood news that the vaccination programsthat are generally been carried out areimportant for the safety and health ofour members members and the largerCommunity therefore and this is this isthe key sentence claims of religiousliberty are not used appropriately inobjecting to government mandates oremployeer programs designed to protectthe health and safety of theircommunities now what is a religiousliberty objection a religious libertyobjection by definition is where theHoly Spirit convicts you not to dosomething when the church says that theholy spir that you cannot say that theholy spirit is convicting you not to dosomething this small group of men hereare assuming the rights to override theholyspirit this is wrong doesn't matter whatthe issue is doesn't matter whether it'svaccinations or pork or beer or anythingelse in this passage here our churchleaders assumed the right to overridethe convictions of the Holy Spirit uponeach of your consciences and if theyassume the right yesterday they'veestablished a precedent that can be usedtomorrow once again to hurt the membersthat is why we're talking about thistoday because more mandate are coming in18 in1923 the general conference voted infull session this vote it's aninteresting vote and um you've got to godigging through the the dusty books tofind things like this but this is whatwe voted in 1923 it says there asAmerican citizens and this was actuallyan appeal to the US federal governmentso this vote was an appeal to thefederal government in Washington DC andthis is what we voted we said asAmerican citizens we Appeal on theground of specific declaredconstitutional rights to the freeexercise of religion according to thedictates of the individual consciencetotally free and exempt from allgovernment connection interference orcontrol but religion or the duty whichwe owe to our creator and the manner ofdischarging it can be directed only byreason and conviction and is nowherecognizable but at the tri tribunal ofthe universal judge we maintaintherefore that in matters of religion noman's right is Abridged by theinstitution of Civil Society and thatreligion is wholly exempt from itscognizance we therefore as Christians asProtestants as American citizens and asmen appealing to the Supreme judge ofthe world that is God himself for therectitude of our intentions solemnlypublish and declare that we are and ofright ought to be free and independentof all connection Direction dictationinterference or control of thegovernments of the United States inmatters of religion or religiousobservances or religious institutions ofany kind or degree that's a powerfulstatement we voted that in 1923 and wesent it to the federal governmentaffirming that we are morallyaccountable to God and we do not acceptany government actions that wouldinterfere with the free exercise ofreligion now as it happens you may askthis question um in America we don'thave the absolute right to the freeexercise of religion because the SupremeCourt has held that in things let's sayas child sacrifice you cannot sacrificea living child in the pursuit of yourreligious observances okay so we don'thave an absolutely un Untamed absolutelyunrestricted unrestricted right toreligious freedom and so um there isthere is the right to practice in in theFirst Amendment and there is also thethe lack the the right to be free of astate Church in the First Amendment aswell but our religious observance is notan absolute right in the Bill of Rightsbecause some things have been restrictedby the Supreme Court such as childsacrifice so um this particularstatement here if you put this statementthis vote of the General Conference infull session next to the October reaffirmation statement you put them sideby side the statement on the left iswhat we voted in full session andaccording to our constitution what isthe highest Authority in our church isit the Adcom or is it the GC in a fullsession okay so therefore everydecisions of the adcoms which are lowercommittee than the GC in full sessionmust be consistent with the GC votes infull session session and cannot overturnor undermine the votes of the GC in fullsession does that make sense absolutelyso our GC vote in full session ofFebruary1893 says we are and of right ought tobe free and independent of allconnection Direction dictationinterference or control of thegovernment of the United States inmatters of religion or religiousobservances or religious institutions ofany kind ordegree that would include offering yourbody as a Living Sacrifice for a holyGod that statement there overrides theOctober reaffirmation statement of 21which says claims of religious libertyare not used appropriately in objectingto government mandates that statement byour Adcom goes directly against what ourfull session voted in1893 therefore it's null and voidbecause the Adcom cannot override a voteof the full church and full session nowyou may say well that past F that was1430 years apartbut we're still Bound by principlesestablished in the Garden of Eden 7,000years ago what is a mere 130years truth is truth no matter when itis spoken or when it where it wasspoken and so just on this basis alonethe October 21 at reaffirmationstatement is null and void and shouldnever have been voted and has nostanding because it cannot override theGC VOE in full session of1893 so these are various stat mentsthat we've made as a church in our pastand so I want to talk now about why thetruthmatters and would you agree with me thattruthmatters yes um gentlemen if if your ifyour if your wife says to you do do doesthis dress make me look umfat that's that's where you have todecide whether the truth really doesmatter ornot that's an awward question toanswer um I have learned with my wifeand I have a lovely gracious wife wifewhen she says did you like that meal Isaid I really liked it I said and Ireally appreciate what you madeyesterday aswell and the subtle hint is make whatyou made yesterday again please um butalso because you know I you heard thestory of me slicing my thumb off intothe soup yes some of you um I'm trulygrateful for whenever my wife makes me ahot meal which is almost every day andum so I'm basically a kept man all Ihave to do is preach and go to theoffice that's my in life um the story ofmy thumb do you know the story of mythumb some of you must know it my wifecame home from her wisdom teeth weretaken out and I brought her home and shesaid to me um she went up to the bedroomand she would lay down to rest and sleepoff the the remnants of the anesthesiaand when she was kind of somewhat withit she says could you make me umvegetablesoup and I've never made a vegetablesoup in my life but I thought well howhard can this be you boil some water andyou chop up some vegetables and it justturns into soup doesn't it so I wentdownstairs and I B put a pot on the onthe stove and I was boiling the pot ofwater and I went and I got some potatoesand I sliced and diced them I put themin the water and I'm not really I'm notvery good with my hands I can I can typealmost at the speed I think and speakbut other than that I'm not verypractical with my hands um and so I'mvery clumsy with my hands and so um I II chopped up the tomatoes I chopped upthe celery anything I could find in thefridge was chopped up and put in thatpot and um I remembered that there'ssomething called like little littlelittle cubes and some some somesometimes Wife puts in I have no ideawhat they are so I went and found somecubes and crumbled them up and I got alittle teaspoon of Marmite and put it into add a bit of proper flavor to it andand then I realized oh I I need I needto add some beetroot so I chopped upsome beetroot and you know pushed it inand I need some carrots so I got thecarrots and I was grating the carrotsand um I was grating it vigorously andhard I wanted to get this job over anddone with and I wasn't paying attentionto what I was doing and then suddenly Ihad this stabbing pain in my right thumband I looked down and I'd sliced offabout a third of the nail with the fleshunderneath it which had now gone intothe pot ofsoup and um it was a most um for amoment these pre-christian thoughtsflashed across mymind and I stood there and kind of likestunned silence as the blood kind ofwelled up and ripped into the soup whatdo I do now and so I went to the foretsand I run some cold water which is verypainful actually on the raw flesh thereand so what do I do so I got some toiletpaper or tissue paper and I kind ofpressed it on to kind of St um stop thebleeding and finally I put a Band-Aid onit and it kind of stopped bleeding andthat bled through a bit more so putanother Band-Aid around the white toiletpaper and eventually it looked like okaythis is going to hold then I had to goback to the soup to find my missingflesh and missing piece of of of nails Icouldn't find it in there um because i'already put the beetroot inso I um what what this is a moraldilemma yes what do Ido um but I thought that um she won'tmind so I I[Laughter]got so I got the um theblender and I put the blender in and umand uh uh my sins were covered over by amultitude of love and I took it up to myI took the bowl of soup up to my wifefeeling very much like Jacob comingbeforeIsaac and I gave it to my wife andwatched somewhat nervously um as she asshe ate it and pronounced it deliciouswhen she'd eaten it and pronounced itdelicious she said what happened to yourthumb and this is where the truth reallydoes matter youknow so I said to her well you know inthe Bible it says that um Adam says thisis at last this at last is bone of mybones and Flesh of My Flesh do youbelieve this and when when it says umthe man leaves his father his mother andclings to his wife and they become oneflesh do you believe this she says wellI guess I do I then I confessed my sinsand confession is good for the soul theysay um my wife um is very very reservedbut I could tell from the look in hereye that I hadn't hit a home run withthat particular incident and so uhanyway the solution the net result tothat is I've been banned from makingfood for the family in the kitchen umwhich is one of the burdens I be in lifesoanyway now the pointis the point is that the truth mattersthe truthmatters and it matters particularly inareas of medicine because if I go to mydoctor and I trust my doctor I have areally good doctor and she's become kindof used to my quirks over the last 13years and um we have a good relationshipand I trust my doctor and I want totrust my doctor my wife was raised inthe Soviet Union where doctors were usedwhen people where Christians were put inmental Mental Hospitals they wereinjected with various drugs to make themgo mad okay this is what happened in theSoviet Union and so people in the SovietUnion doctors were agents of the stateand if the state wanted to kill you orthe state wants to make you go mad thenthe doctor did what he or she wasinstructed um but here in America westill have the idea that the doctor doeswhat is right for the patient and so Ilove my doctor you know she does areally good job for me and um I went tosee my doctor and if I go to the doctorand let's say I've got a problem withyou know I don't know got a pain in myback and she says Mr Vine how are youdoing this year and and I said wellactually you know I've got a problemwith my right knee it hurts every time Ibend it my doctor is going to do performyou know a physical examination andshe's probably going to be baffled atwhy my right knee is allegedly hurtingand the chances of me getting a correctdiagnosis and the right treatment planfor the pain in my back I'm pretty muchzero because there has to betruthfulness in the clinicalrelationshipif there is no truthfulness in theConsulting room whether it's with apsychologist dealing with depression orwith um an ENT surgeon dealing with aproblem with your with your nasalpassages or with your family physicianyou have a problem with your back ifthere is no truthfulness Then There canthere can be no healing so truth mattersthe truth absolutely matters we havetragic cases in our Western World thethalidomide Scandal or in fisa in in2009 paid out $2.3 billion in Damagesfor misbranding a drug called bextrawith the intent to defraud or misleadand that's what was found in the courtsso the truth matters as Adventists wewant to Proclaim Eternal truth so wehave a responsibility to seek truth andspeak the truth because when we speakthe truth that is the starting point forhealing when there's been difficulty ina relationship are we with me on thisall right so I want to talk now just fora few minutes about the truth and on theleft you have the the official narrativeand on the right you've got the counternarrative the official narrative was theCDC NIH fouy mainstream media GeneralConference on the right you got thecounts narrative which was the greatbarington declaration scientistsPhysicians and Truth Seekers worldwideso the official narrative was the virusdid not come from Wuhan Institute oforology the counil narrative says itprobably did come from the W the WuhanInstitute of orology the officialnarrative says as per fouchy in Congressrepeatedly there's no federally fundedgain of function research at Wuhan wenow know that there was Federal fundingfor illegal F gain of function researchon bat Corona viruses atWuhan the official narrative was thevirus had a random Zoological origin ata wet markets in Wuhan there known asthe the theory of proximal Origins whichwas drummed up almost overnight todivert attention from Wuhan and thecounts narrative is that the virus didnot originate in a wet Market in Wuhannow we know that's almost certainly tobe certainly to be true because everyvirus has a reservoir an animalReservoir where it resides and theChinese government has been looking forthe animal reservoir for this virus andthree years later they still cannot findit which tells you if there was noanimal Reservoir it did not come fromthe Animal Kingdom the officialnarrative was there was no effectivetherapeutic options for the treatment ofcovid other than the vaccines the countsnarrative said that there were highlyeffective Outpatient Treatment protocolsforcovid-19 the official narrative saidthose who took the vaccines wouldneither get covid or transmit the virusto another person the counter narrativewas the vaccines they may alleviate thesymptoms in that case they may savelives in that sense but they do notprevent someone Contracting covid nor dothey prevent transmission to anotherperson that was actually known from thevery first emergency use authorizationgiven for the fiser shots because theyactually said in the public the PArelease um from the ni and the CDC thatthere is no evidence that these vaccinesprevent Transmissions this was knownfrom day one the official narrative wasthe vaccines were safe and effective thecounter narrative is that one by one thevaccines have been banned all around theworld because of catastrophic sideeffects that's the reality the officialnarrative was that the vaccines providedfull immunity from covid-19 and if youtake the shot you won't get it but thecounter narrative is every time apatient was vaccinated only themanufacturer the medical personnelinvolved the hospital system and theemployer Who mandated the shots onlythey acquired full immunity and that waslegal not Medicalthe official narrative was if you takethe shot you won't get covid-19 that'swhat President Biden said on CNN theaccount narrative is that the moreboosters you get the more likely you aretoday to getcovid-19 the official narrative was thatsocial distancing and maske wearing werebased on science we now know as perfouchy that social distancing and maskewearing rules were simply made up on thespot without any underlying scientificbasis the official narrative was thatany person deviating from the officialnarrative was spreading misinformationand their career was to be destroyedthrough professional social andfinancial Council culture the counternarrative was that uh the reality wasthat truth speakers and the unvaccinatedwere demonized including in our churchthe counts narrative is that absolutetruth still matters in a post-modern eraof moral relativism and personalsubjectivity and the counts narrativeasserts that truth has profound personaland social consequences if it isrejected bySociety nowwe this is with the benefit ofhindsight and some of you may disputesome of the things I've said heretonight but I would based on all I haveseen and read almost everything in theofficial narrative was false and it wasknown to be false at the time by thosepushing it almost everything in thecounts narrative was true and those whoare now Vindicated as the officialnarrative has fully collapsed around usunder the weight of its own falsehoodsthey were demonized by the mainstreammedia and by the general conferencethrough 2020 through2022 my wife grew up in the Soviet Unionand at the Soviet Union had very famousdissident you had Alexander solnit inthe 60s and 70s in the in the 1980s youhad famous dissidents like Andre sakaromaybe some of you remember that name hewas a nuclear physicist who disagreedwith the path the Soviet Union was goingon and in the Adventist Church in theSoviet Union there was the officialchurch and they sent their kids toschool on the Sabbath and there was TheUnofficial Adventist known as the trueand free Adventists and they were kindof basically demonized by the officialAdventists and they did not send theirchildren to school on the Sabbath and mywife when she became an Adventist in 94995 when the Soviet Union had collapsedand L evangelist spread from America allacross the former Soviet Union she sheremarked to me she said that um thesepeople who were demonized some of theseum in the church and Society there weremany people who were demonized bySociety by the Soviet Union and by thechurch for being underground Adventiststhey were demonized ized before 1990 butthey were celebrated as heroes from 1991onwards and she says to me that theindividuals did not change societychanged around them and one minute youare demonized by society and the nextminute you are celebrated by Society oneminute you're put in labor camps andleft to rot and die and the leader ofthe free Adventists um was actuallysentenced in 1978 I think um uh and hewas sentenced he was about 75 years oldum and he was sentenced to a hard laborcamp in in Siberia um the United Nationsprotested to the Soviet Union for hisrelease um so nson protested for hisrelease um many International Figureswere not Adventists wrote to the Sovietpoit Bureau begging for the release ofthe underground Church leader of theAdventist Church and the Soviet poitBureau ignored all their requests andthat old man was sent off to a hardlabor camp in Siberia where he diedwithin three months of the conditionsthat he was forced to endure but as mywife says um truth stands the test oftime and if today you are demonized bySociety do not give up hope becauseSociety may change tomorrow the CrowdsAre fickle the crowds most of the crowdwill follow the herd because few peoplewant to stand out from the herd whatmatters is the truth and knowing thetruth and as Adventist the ultimatetruth is Jesus Christ himself forourselvesbecause when we listen to his voicethrough the word of God and through theconscience therefore we are best placedto withstand the final deceptions thatare coming Upon This World from Satan soknowing the truth knowing Jesus Christis becoming ever more important in aworld of profound falsehood andlies the truth does matter you might saythat in thepandemic this passage from Isaiah 28:14- 15 summarizes what happened to ourchurch Isaiah is speaking to the churchleaders in Jerusalem he says thereforehear the word of the Lord you scornfulmen who rule his people who are inJerusalem because you have said we havemade a covenant with death and with hellwe are at agreement when theoverwhelming Scourge shall pass throughit shall not come unto us why for wehave made lies our refuge and underfalsehood have we hidourselves it is a truth that the GC didnot follow the science they followed thelies they did not seek the truth theysought massive Federal pandemic fundingthey did Not Bow before the convictionsof the Holy Spirit upon the membersconsciences they bowed before thebullies of the mainstream media they didnot stand up for the convictions of ourmembers where they demonized members bytheir official media online and in printthe net result of this is there's been acatastrophic collapse of confidence inthe Public Health Community in generalin particular and with some medicalpractitioners and we have to rebuildthat trust now because I want to trustmy doctor and number two there's a Proffound sense of betrayal of Anger ofalienation distrust and disillusionmentamong Adventists worldwide with ourchurch leaders and to a lesser extentwith the entire Adventist hierarchybecause during the pandemic while peoplemay whisper their support in private inpublic nobody in the hierarchy spoke uppublicly for Liberty of conscience oftheir membersnobody it was a systemic failure ofleadership loss or fear of job loss fearof losing their career in the churchhierarchy I think I kept many of ourchurch leaders quiet this is the simpletruth I don't say this in anger pleasedon't hear anger in my voice I love manyof these church leaders they're mybrothers and sisters in Christ but thefact of the matter is this is not a goodsign for the finalcrisis when people are bought and theyhave those careers and they have thosepositions often times they're bought andsold that career and they may they mayagree in private with you but in publicthey will never stand up for you oneperson said to me Conrad I agree withwhat you preach when the Holy Spiritconvicts me to say the same things Iwill speak up alongside you I said wellnow would be nice but that neverhappened so what was the impact of thisstatement because the truth matters thetruthmatters Adventists worldwide saw ourchurch leaders presume the rights tooverride the convictions of the HolySpirit and the consciences of individualmembers this is a Papal like Authorityentirely foreign to the word of Godbecause of the hugely detrimental impactof that statement from 21 multitudes ofmembers have lost any basic trust in thegeneral conference and have a legitimatesense of betrayal and abandonment itappears to many members today that ourhierarchy exists primarily for thefinancial benefit of the hierarchy andits functionaries through thepreservation of federal income streamsto our us institutions and the concernsand consciences of members are no longerof concern to senioradministrators let me give you a simplecase study that illustrates how thisplayed out in practice this is a truestory I've seen the paperwork I've beenfollowing this story for three yearsmany people have written to me withtheir stories but this one really standsout and I have permission from the theyoung man and his mother to tell thestory tonight there is a young man inAustralia Today he is a he was a 27year-old teacher employed by a localconference in the Australian Union as ahigh school teacher he graduated fromcollege with an elementary educationdegree he had he had he graduated withsome debts but by God's grace he found ajob as a high school teacher in an advento school he purchased a home before thepandemic arrived and he had a mortgageto pay he was a healthy young man takingmuch regular exercise to live the Adenthis health message he was a healthyyoungman then the pandemic came along and hisemployer the local Adventist conferencerequired him to take the shots he wasstrongly opposed to this on grounds ofLiberty of conscience and on medicalgrounds he had a history of problemswith vaccinations his Physicianssuffered a Bonafide submitted a Bonafidemedical exemption request but that wasdenied by the educationaladministrator's self-appointed taskforce after all avenues for receivinghis waiver had been exhausted andbelieving he had no choice or he' losehis career and be unable to pay hismortgage and be to care go homeless thisyoung man succumbed to the pressure andreceived the astroicavaccine shortly thereafter he had amassive stroke with an 18 mm blood clotto his brain his neurologist and cardcardiologist declared it to beidiopathic which means arisingspontaneously or from an unsure unknowncause as he was a physically fit en ableand active young man who adhered to theab's health sty Health message andlifestyle almost two years later heremains at home partially paralyzedunable to engage in work he has lost hisincome he's lost his home his mother hasresigned her nursing job to look afterhim 247 because he now needs nursingcare Around theClock the Australian Union and his localconference have turned their backs onhim and his repeated requests forassistance I've read the paperwork Iwon't show it here but essentiallythey've said we fulfilled our legalresponsibilities you're on your ownalthough they did say to him that if herecovers from the the impact of thisstroke of which the cause they they knowknow they do not know what the cause ofthat stroke is they'll be happy tore-employ him as a teacher that's goodand comforting news for him wellremember he took the astrazenicavaccine in 22 the astroica vaccine hadalready been banned in many countriesaround the world because it caused hisbrain bleeds in Spring of23 much of this young man's shugar inthe Australian government banned theAstro zenica shots Nationwide becausethey were determined to be linked withbrain bleeds and strokes as this man hadexperienced and finally in May2024 Astro zenica withdrew theirvaccines worldwide after admitting inthe UK Court the relationship between uhwith with brain bleeds andstrokes that which was safe andeffective officially that which wasmandated by our church administratorswith calamitous effect was then bannedovernight by the Australian governmentprecisely because it was not safe andeffective so far the conference and theisraelian union have denied any and allrespons responsibility for their part inthis mess the structure sails on leavingbroken bodies destroyed lives andbetrayed trust in its wake and nobodyseems to care but this is wrong this isprofoundly wrong this is a human casestudy of what happens when Churchadministrators overstep their boundariesand deny members the ability to followthe dictates on the conscience of theHolySpirit and the church just the hierarchyjust mov move sailes on as if nothinghas happened leaving broken bodies anddestroyed lives in itswake this is what happens when our GCadministrators make illegitimatedecisions overstep their definedboundaries of delegated authority andassume the right to trample on Libertyof conscience had that man's request fora religious exemption been honored hewould still be working today but hislife has been destroyed by the actionsof those administrators personallyprobably this state the statement willget me into trouble I believe that everyGeneral Conference administrator who hasparty to that reaffirmation statementshould resign immediately because theyoverstep their Authority withcatastrophic impact on the lives ofinnocent Adventistsworldwide I think they should resignthey no longer have ourconfidence so what are the implicationswell it's difficult it's difficult totalk about this because had the generalconference said with hindsight werecognize we've made a mistake andtherefore we want to we want torecognize we made a mistake want toapologize how can we make this betterand let's make sure we don't make thesekind of mistakes again what is actuallyhappened is the general conferenceissued a statement Define defendingtheir right to make such statements wediscussed that last night and they havebasically um cancelled any and allpossibility of any discussion abouttheir authority to make thatstatement after my appeal to havingnobility sermon in January2022 the GC issued a GL Globalcondemnation in abage News Network ofany who had question their authority toprevent any discussion at the 2022 GCsession the GC Adcom stripped me of mydelegate status because they didn't wantme to speak up and raise this questionfrom the floor when attorney zurl fromCalifornia from L Linda made a motion toadd the vaccine statement to the GCagenda in 22 Elder Wilson squashed thatmotion from the front and you saw thatlast night the liberty and HealthAlliance put together a petition to theGeneral Conference of administratorsalmost 25,000 Adventists pastors doctorsnurses members worldwide signed thatpetition and no response was ever givento that petition when Pastor Wilson dida c question and answer with members atthe Granite Bay church in February 23over 1100 members were present and theywere encouraged to type on their cellphones and type in a question and ElderWilson sat on the panel with a couple ofother pastors like Pastor James rafyfrom 3abn and so forth and the numberone question because people could votefor it the number one question that wasup on the screen the whole afternoon waswhy did the GC issue the reaffirmationstatement that hurt so many Adventistsand for the entire afternoon the panelrefused to take that question eventhough it we had about 1150 votes out ofthe peoplepresent essentially our leaders are nowhiding behind their lawyers nodiscussion is possible but we need aprocess of forgiveness of reconciliationand healing to begin and that requirescourage on the part of all partiesJesus said blessed are the peacemakersfor they shall be called the children ofGod and it is incumbent I believe UponOur GC leadership to recognize theirrole in what has happened and to makethe first step to reconciliation withthe members who've been hurt by theirillegitimateactions so over theyears I believe we havemorphed we began in the 1860sidentifying as God's Endtime Remnantmovement in Prophecyas the remnant movement of Prophecythose who keep the Commandments of Godand have the testimony of Jesus as theend time Remnant people of God we werefundamentally at odds with our widerenvironment the USA was the second beastof Revelation 13 one of the Endtime foesof God's people but over the years wehavemorphed less do we talk about Remnantchurch we become a respectable Church Wecrave and receive tax exempt statusFederal contract TRS for our collegesand our hospitals subsidies andscholarships for our students no longerare we fundamentally at odds with ourwider environment we' becomefundamentally at ease with our widerenvironment during the pandemic whenfaced by huge social economic politicaland media pressure we morphed again wedidn't go back to becoming a Remnantchurch we ceased to be a respectablechurch we became a regime church wepropagated the official lies we canceledthe truth speakers in our midst wedemonized our members who would not bowof lies and we chased Federal fundingfor ourinstitutions it's not easy to talk likethis but this is the truth and for us tohave healing in our church we have tospeak the truth in love but we have tospeak thetruth we became a regimeChurch um implementing the dictates of aGodless government that has no place forGod in it in its deliberations and weacted against our own members topreserve our our Revenue stream ourinstitutions this is nothing new inWorld War I the Advent Church in Germanysupported the KA vilhelm regime overbiblical truth and the concerns of themembers we encouraged our young peopleto sign up to fight for the Kaiser andwe encouraged our members to work in theammunition factories including on theSabbath as a result of this the SDAReform movement um was born in the USSRthe SDA Church supported the Communistdemand for young Adventists to enter theRed Army in1928 we changed in 19 20 we said thatAdventists are conscientious objectivesto military service and in 1924 underpressure from Joseph Stalin's regime theall Soviet SDA Congress we changed ourposition slightly so we said now it's upto individual conscience for our youngmen whether they serve in the Red Armyor not andin 1928 the position changed again afterfurther pressure from the Soviets andthe all Soviet Adventist Congress votedum to support and recommend our youngmen serving in the Red Army as a resultof which the underground SD Church beganand they were called the true and freesta movement and they lasted almost 70years as an underground Adventistmovement faithful to the Lord until theSoviet Union collapsed in the v inVietnam to this day 2024 the communistgovernment expects CH school children toattend school on Sabbath mornings andthere is in Vietnam today an officialAdventist Church who send their childrento school on Sabbath morning and thereis an underground Adventist Church manytimes larger than the official churchand they refuse to send their childrenschool on the Sabbath morningshistorically when adventism facestotalitariandemands we havesplit we have retained an officialAdventist Church that has survived theregime we thank the Lord for that butthey have always yielded to the regime'sunscriptural rules and they'vesacrificed our members and beliefs inorder to save ourinstitutions we have also had a splitwhere an underground Adventist Churchcomes into being in the same country andthat Underground church is true toscripture that's what has happenedhistorically in adventism now time andagain when those those regimes fallthere's a process of reconciliation thattakes place and in some parts of theworld that reconciliation is moreadvanced than in other parts of theworld but some of these divisionsbetween those who bow to thetotalitarian demands and those who arefaithful to scripture and who aredemonized by the official Church some ofthose divisions existtoday around the world church we may notbe familiar with that too much in Mainebut as one who travels the world I cantell you those divisions are still knownby members who've gone through thetrauma of a totalitarian regime and Iwould say this uh at this moment heredon't think for a minute that you knowwhich group you would be in andtotalitarian demands come yourway nobody really knows how they'regoing to respond to a matter of life anddeath nobody really knows how you wouldrespond to the threat of a bullet fromthe KGB or the or the um the gustaranobody really knows so as we look backon this history rather than saying thisgroup is bad or this group is wrong orthis group is good we say thank you Lordthat I was not forced to make thatdecision myself and by thegrace and so um P post PTSD years andyears after these events took place butwe why am I talking about this againtonight because as I said last night weare facing new totalitarian demandsaffecting all of humanity the who isactively seeking via the internationalHealth regulations the authority todeclare actual or potential pandemics toissue mandates override and and umoverride all civil and human rights andto mandate vaccines globally that's whatthey openly and actively seeking for andonce they get it once they will neverget give up that Authority we areentering a techno dictatorship adictatorship of technocrats the climatechange industry is also seeking climatechange lockdowns to be held on Sundaysto reserve our common planetary homedisease xempo uh Aven flu mandates and vaccinesthese are all in our future these areall being openly discussed by ourpolitical Elitesand it won't even be a surprise to youthat thepapacy actively supports the climatechange lockdowns and the vaccinationlock lockdowns they support all of thoselockdowns not because they'reparticularly interested in yourwell-being but because these initiativescement a globalized technocraticdictatorship over all of humanity theyallow societies to accept the fact thatyou can override the convictions of theHoly Spirit on the consciences ofindividuals once we accept want as inthe last four years that you canoverride your conscience and it's easierfor people to accept that in the nextCrisis the pacy supports theseinitiatives because they help to usherin the final crisis of conscience andfalse worship that will precede thesecond coming now when it comes to theclimate changeissue the GC Adcom did Issue a statementin December 95 called the the dangers ofclimate change it's an officialstatement I wish they wouldn't issuethese official statements because theydon't age very welland this is what they voted it says theSDA Church officially requested allWorld governments to quote take stepsnecessary to averts the danger quote byfulfilling the agreement reached in Rioto Janeiro the 1992 convention onclimate change to stabilize carbondioxide emissions by the year 2000 at1990 levels and by establishing plansfor further reductions in carbon dioxideemissions after the year 2000 that lastsentence is an open check to the worldgovernments to do what they want forclimate change as far as our church isconcerned we have already signed up towhatever climate change inies are goingto come our waytherefore it is not surprising that ifyou just change the word vaccination forclimatechange that statement could be issued inthe future which says the generalconference is convinced that notvaccination but climate change programshave been carried out are important forsafety and health our members in largerCommunity therefore claims of religiousliberty are not used appropiatelyobjecting to government mandates oremployee programs designed to protectthe health and safety of theircommunities once you've signed up anopen ended check to the worldgovernments to implement whatever theywant to do to restrict climate changethis is not a far it's not Beyondimagination Beyond Reason to expect thiskind of statement to be issued onceagain and once again our consciences tobe trampleduponso as I look at we look at the the thethe the a what has happened in the lastfour years as I travel around the worldI see that we are facing potentialsplits along two lines in ourchurch it's it's come to the Unitedmethodists it's come to the lutheransit's come to the Presbyterians it's cometo the episcopalians and it's coming ourway as well on the one side there willbe Adventists who reject the GC adcomsassumed authority over their consciencewho hold true to scripture and ourfundamental beliefs and who thus whoreject the onrush of cultural Marxismand s in tions among our leadersprofessors and pastors and it's morewidespread than we like to admit thenthere'll be Adventists who accept the GCadcoms assumed authority over theirindividual conscience neither afraid tocontend for the F the faith passed ontous as for Jude verse three will actuallysupport the abandonment of scripture infavor of cultural Marxism and you'llnotice there's a remarkable correlationbetween those who uphold the mandatesand attack others who don't take theshots and those who support criticalrace Theory critical gender the lgbtqnormalization within our church Etcthere's a remarkable parallel betweenpeople who take one position and theother so you might say as I look atwhat's coming upon our church that we'regoing to have to make a choice each andevery one ofus the church when we talk about thechurch we often mean the legal hierarchylike the Norther New England conferenceand the Atlantic Union North Americadivision the general conference when wetalk about the church as members that'soften what we mean but the truth of thematter is if the government of Mainewere to cancel the registration thelegal registration of Northern NewEngland conference does that mean theAdventist Church would cease to exist inMaine yes or no absolutely not it meanssimply a functional unit that we wherewe turn our ties and offerings to tosupport pastors and Educators so forththat no longer exists but the body ofChrist still exists it simply becomes anunderground Church which means it has nolegal presence so what I see happeningas a result of the last four yearsand the onrush of cultural Marxismacross our institutions is this that weare going to have groups of faithful andconvicted Adventists on the one side andwe're going to have institutional andcultural Adventists on the other sidethere are many of them are Adventists byconvenience rather than by convictionthe Adventists on the left areindependent of federal funding theAdventists on the right particularly ourinstitutions are completely dependent onfederal funding for institutions toremain alive the Adventist on the leftthe faithful and convicted Adventiststhey uphold Liberty of conscience thecultural or institutional Adventistsfeel free to trample on Liberty ofconscience when never financially orsocially expedient the Adventists on theleft the faithful and convictedAdventists will one day establish whenthe mark of the beast is imposed anunderground network of layed housechurches that's what we're going to bebefore Jesus comes again the Adventistson the right the institutionalAdventists will remain in a visiblenetwork of conference Affiliatedchurches and Conference owned buildingsthe advid on the left the faithfulAdventists will be able to preach andlive the Everlasting gospel and Bibletruth freely because they have no nofear of loss of having their Churchtaken away from them by the conferenceor the government the institutionalAdventists they increasingly self censorthe preaching of Bible truths if theyhappen to rebuke cultural Marxism we seethis in Canada today where pastors areself-censoring in the area of humansexuality and marriage pastors dare notpreach out biblical truth in Canadatoday even many Adventist pastorsbecause if they do the church WIll facea lot of hostile attacks from theCanadian federal government so it seemsto me that in Canada we should alreadybe going to an underground Church inorder to live and preach gospel truthfreely and openly we on the left we havefaithful and convicted Adventists whoreject the acceptance of lgbtq ideologyand the normalization of this lifestylewithin our church the reposturing thatsome conferences want and on the rightwe have Institution Adventists who areincreasingly accepting lgbtq ideologyand the normalization of this lifestyleyou might say they're no longer sevenAdventists they are sodomiteAdventists on the left hand you got thefaithfulAdventists they are focused on bringingthe Everlasting gospel to Every Nationtribe language and people on the rightwe have our institutional Adventists whoare focused on the preservation of ourinstitutions of our retirement funds ofthe visible hierarchy and administrativeincomes on the left the faithfulAdventists they seek the eternalspiritual benefit of individual membersand non-members no matter the cost onthe right the institutional Adventistthey seek the temporal that is the theEarthly Financial survival of ourhierarchy and our institutions no matterthe cost now you may say past that's avery harshdivision but this is what I'm seeinghappening aroundus it may not be popular to say this butthis is what is happening and in everyone of our institutions that aresupposed to be bastions of the Adventistfaith increasingly they areBattlegrounds of the Adventist Faithwhere those who are upholding biblicaltruth are fighting a losing rear guardaction against the onslaught of culturalMarxism within our institutions this isthe reality and this is affectingpastors and Educators acrossparticularly the North American Divisionso this is how I see this is this iswhere we may be going here in the NorthAmerican division is very similar to thesplit that's taken place in the UnitedMethodist Church where you have theBible faithful methodists have formednew nomination the global Methodistconference that is affiliated with theSouthern Hemisphere methodists and theremainder of the United Methodist Churchin North America have now becomeessentially a woke ideological umTalking Shop and they'll probably gobankrupt in the next couple of yearsbecause their tithe base has collapsedand so this is that the thepandemic merely revealed and exposedwhere each of our hearts are theyrevealed whether we are willing to liveaccording to our conscience and faceloss because we believe in truth andthey revealed whether we are willing toaccept the right to mandate on otherpeople actions which go against theirconscience or not and I'm not pointingthe finger at anybody here tonight but Iam asking each one of us today to take alook at yourself in the mirror tonightand ask where we were in thepandemic now and given what we now knowabout the official narrative that it wasalmost all a pack of lies and it wasknown to be a pack of Lies by thosepropagating it amazing maybe it's a callfor humility on each of our paths and arecognition that um God help us nexttime this kind of nonsense comes aroundand that we're in this together asbrothers and sisters and whatever thedivisions and pains of the past havebeen let us work together with ourbrothers and sisters and say look thepandemic is over and I can forgive youif you and please would you forgive meand if I contribute if I contribut to itplease forgive me and vice versa becausewe are more strong we are stronger andwe are more successful Mission when weare united together and so we need tothink of ways of how we come togetherand recognize the harms that were causedwhen people acted on the basis offalsehood against one another the truthreally does matterthe so what do we do as Adventistswell this slidehere is a slide that will probably getme into more trouble but I put it up[Music]there so the first thing is what can wewe do as Bible faithful Adventist dayand the first thing I would say is oneoption you have is donothing and recognize that the next timemandates come along you're probablygoing to be thrown under the bus onceagain and your livelihood your careeryour job your mortgage your home yourbusiness your marriage your your custodybattles will all be sacrificed by ourleaders to reserve their institutionsincomes and status that is not an optionfor any of us heretonight the second option we have and Iwould encourage you to do this is toactively pray for our church leadersstart praying for Elder Wilson as I saidlast night and the night before ElderWilson is a champion for mission in ourchurch I believe his heart really is inthe right place but it's hard for oneman to do something against the sheerinertia of all bad divisions around theworld pray for our world leaders thatthey will find the courage no matterwhat the mainstream media May pressurethem to do to uphold Liberty ofconscience and to contend for the faiththat has been passed on to us youknow Jude's chapter Jude is only onechapter in it the third verse Judechapter 1 there's only onechapter Jude chapter 1 verse3 says thisbeloved while eagerly preparing to writeto you about the salvation we share Ifind it necessary to write and appeal toyou to contend for the faith that wasonce for all entrusted to the Saints sowe are to contend for the faith if we donot contend for the faith the faith willbe overwhelmed byfalsehoods and so when particularly whenit comes to our church leaders um whenwe elect church leaders they work inconferences and unions and divisions wedo not pay them to go and do their joband go go to their desk write a fewemails sit in a few meetings watch thetrends that are happening and feel badabout what is happening but say nothingin the Committees then go home andGrumble to their spouse about what ishappening we don't pay our leaders to dothat we pay our leaders as far as I'mconcerned the tithes that we return andI'm thankful we have leaders who do dothis we we return our tithes so that ourleaders in their sphere of influence onthe Committees where they sit whenappointment decisions are being madewhen budgets are being allocated whenwhen ethical and philosophical decisionsare being made in the conference I'mhoping and praying that our leaders willcontend for the faith that has beenpassed on to them as well that they willfight and defend the faith that we havenot just that we have as members but ourleaders will fight for and contend forthe faith in their sphere of influenceit is not enough just to go to youroffice and come home after 40 hours andGrumble to your spouse you're in thatoffice for a reason who knows thatyou've come to the kingdom for such atime as this and I thank the Lord forevery leader who does stand up for whatis right and true and proper I wouldencourage you to pray for our leaderspray for your conference president herepray for your union president that theywill have the courage when those hiddenmoments when decisions are being madethat nobody sees and there's a lot onthe line that they will have the courageto do the right thingpray for your leaders because they haveimpossible tasks and when they know thatpeople are praying for them gives themcourage and it puts wind in the sales ofthat ship of state so the ship is goingin the right direction so pray for yourchurch leaders the third point there ismorecontentious and put there if the GCsupports future mandates over theconsciences of members that's animportantcaveat if the GC in the future supportsfuture mandates over the consciences ofmandates I think we are well within ourrights to establish a par Churchmovement within the Adventist Church andwhat is that a par Church movement wouldbe a gathering of l l lay Conference ofLey they gather they maybe incorporatethey return their tithes that new Lentity that covers the whole of NorthAmerican Division and then the committeeallocates that tithe to conferences whoare faithful toscripture and that way the conferencesthat go woke will go broke very simpleand the members will determine wherethat tithe goes based on Fidelity toscripture and whether they are willingto contend for the faith that has beenpassed on to us I recognize this is uhwhen you touch the question of tithethis is this this is the the sacrednerve in the AdventistChurch but Elder Wilson did say in hisfirst sermon hold your leaders toaccount so we're going to hold ourleaders toaccount and if if more mandates areimposed that override your conscienceand the church throws us under the busonce again I I believe that someonesomewhere will take the first steps toestablish a parachurch movement andwe'll say with modern Banking and modernlegal systems we don't need theconference Union division GC hierarchywe can collect the tithes ourselves andallocate them to the conferences at afaithful descript it's a revolutionaryidea it's kind of Crossing the Rubiconfrom many administrators perspective butit's what we can do as members becausewe were encouraged to hold our leadersto account by our current GC presidentwhen he was electedand this is about the only way we can doit so this may well happen if the GCsupports future mandates over theconsciences ofmembers and the fourth thing we're notthere yet is migrate to an undergroundhouse Church movement led bybivocational elders andpastors that's where we're going to bewhen the mark of the beast isimposed when the mark of the beast isimposed the conferences cannot bankbecause they won't receive the mark ofthe beast if they're if they're faith toscripture that means the conferencescannot employ pastors they cannot employteachers they cannot receive tithes andofferings therefore the conferences whenthe mark of the beast is imposed arebasically history so when the mark ofthe beast is imposed we will be inunderground house Church movements ledby bivocational Elders who are eldersand pastors of the same things in theNewTestament but we're not there yet intime the mark of the beast is not hereyet we are stronger as a movement andmore effective in reaching unre preachedwhen we worktogether so therefore I would appealtonight as I've appealed before to thechurchleaders to that this annual Council thisOctober I know many of the churchleaders will see this sermon many of youknow that what happened was a profoundmistake so may the Holy Spirit give youthe courage to resend and apologize forthe 2021 reaffirmation statement it hasbeen exposed to be a pack of Lies youtook shelter in lies now you can standfor the truth truth I want to appeal toour GC leaders to establish a fund tocompensate Adventists who lost theirlivelihoods like that young man inAustralia who suffered catastrophicphysical damage from the vaccines theywere forced to take because of thereaffirmation statement it just addsinsult to injury that that which wasmandated in 22 was banned by theAustralian government because of thoseproblems it's ridiculous it's trulyridiculous so I want I'd like to appealto the GC to public L affirm that in thefuture they will defend the goodconscience decisions of all Adventistsvisy any and all future vaccinationmandates if we do that the whole worldwill hear about the AdventistChurch because we'll be the onlyProtestant denomination that stands forLiberty of conscience when the next setof mandates come out and the Book ofRevelation and the Three Angels messagesfear God and give glory to him thosemessages are given in the context of ofthe mandates of the mark of the beastbecause the third angels messages do notreceive the mark of the beast so theThree Angels messages presuppose thatyou and I and planet Earth everybodystill has in that final crisis at leastsome Liberty of conscience to respond infaith to God no matter what the beastsof this world might do to them sotherefore if we want to be known as thechurch the movement that ChampionsLiberty of conscience we can start todayby affirming that we will uphold theconscience of our members Vis any futurevaccination mandates and finally torehire any Adventists who were fired bythe denomination um for living inaccordance with the convictions of theHoly Spirit as I was thinking about thisI added anotherappeal this isum there's a lot of text on the screenthere but let me just share I'm sayingthe US federal government is turning itsback on God as you turn away from Godyou turn to Satan and his control so theUS federal government is turning now toits end time role as a war makingingpersecuting conscience denying secondbeast of Revelation 13 we can see thesecond beast coming into effect beforeour very eyes even as we speak this year2024 satanic policies are being imposedby the federal government as an examplethe new title N9 rules on genderidentity for affecting all the collegesin America now the Adventist Churchcannot be a prophetic voice that God hasraised her to be while she isfinancially dependent on the secondbeast of Revelation 13therefore if we are to be the propheticvoice at the end of time I would appealto the the Wilson Administration to addto the agenda of the 25th session thequestion of divesting all institutionsthat receive federal funding uh from theSDAChurch sooner or later as we heard inour Q&A today sooner or later we have toget off that Federaltrain sooner or later if we don't getoff that Federal train then the thefinancial Ties That Federal train willmean that our institutions willpersecute our members when the mark ofthe beast is imposed so we have beenblessed over the years by ourpartnership with with Medicaid andMedicare and and all the rest of it butthat was when we had more of anideologically benign government we nolonger have ideologically benigngovernments we have ideologically drivenFederal governments and sooner or laterthis question has to come to the for thepandemic is a great Catalyst for raisingthis question sooner or later we have toget off that Federal train or we'regoing to implement Federal mandates allthe way through to the mark of thebeastso I've spoken a lot about other peoplehere this is my favorite quote from thespirit of Prophecy I I I have it printedout in the front of my Biblehere many of you are very familiar withit the greatest want of the world is thewant of men men who will not be boughtor sold men who in their innermost soulsare true and honest men who do not fearto call Sin By Its Right name men whoseconscience is as true to duty as theneedle to the pole men who will standfor the right so the heavensfall the quote goes on but such acharacter is not the result of accidentit is not due to special favors orendowments of Providence a noblecharacter is the result ofself-discipline of the subjection of thelower to the higher nature the surrenderof self for the service of love to Godand manbut the quote goes on this quote is fromthe book education it is given under theprophetic inspiration for young peoplenot just old preachers likeme the want the greatest want of theworld is the want of certain kinds ofmen and women will not be bought or soldthis is a message for teenagers todayfor young people it's in the bookeducation it's not in the book councilsto ministers it's in the book educationso sister white goes on to say the youthneed to be improved with the truth thattheir endowments are not their ownstrength time intellect are but lentTreasures they belong to God and itshould be the resolve of every youth toput them to the highest use he is abranch from which God expects fruit asteward whose capital must yieldincrease a light to illuminate theworld's Darkness every youth every childhas a work to do for the honor of Godand the uplifting ofhumanity so this is the counsel we'vebeen given given and if you're a youngperson sitting here tonight don't thinkthat people such as Abraham Lincoln orMartin Luther King they didn't appearovernight a um Elijah and and Moses didnot appearovernight God shapes and fashion you inyour your younger years because he knowsthe moment when you are coming into thekingdom for such a time as this he knowsthe moment when you are going to be thetip of the spear for the kingdom of Godhe knows the moment when you're going tobe called to answer for the faith thatyou have within your heart and your mindand he knows when you're going to haveto contend for the faith despite theopposition of all aroundyou and so i' encourage you as youngpeople those young people watchingonline the character that we read abouthere the greatest one to the world isthe want of men and women will not bebought or sold etc etc who will standfor the right that the heavens fall youcan have that character by the grace ofGod as well it is not the result ofaccident it comes throughself-discipline or the subjection of thelower to the higher nature thesubjection of our physical desires andand our fallen desires and and ourcarnal nature for for the for the theoverriding rule of reason and consciencein our lives the surrender of self forfor the service of love to God and toman it's my prayer that each one ofus will cooperate with the Holy Spiritfrom this day forward amen we willcooperate with the Holy Spirit and hewill bring to completion the good workthat he's begun in each one of us sowhen that final crisis comes you and Iwill be found in this group here men andwomen who will stand for the rightthough the heavens fall men and womenwhose conscience is as true to duty asthe needle is to the pole men and womenwho do not fear to call Sin By Its Rightname who in their innermost souls aretrue and honest cooperate with God be sto the leading of the Holy Spirit beobedient to the promptings of the spiritin your in his word and in his in uponyour conscience and God will develop acharacter in you that is Fit ForEternity let's bow our heads and closewith a word ofprayer heavenlyfather I thank you that you allow us togo through thesetroubles I thank you Lord that notrouble has come upon us but you give usthe grace to get throughit I thank you Lord that when you allowtroubles to come our way it's a vote ofconfidence like you've gotthis and Lord we've all got War Storieswhat's happened in ourpast but father I pray that in thesedays of camp meeting the coming weeksand months that you will so refine andshape our characters that we will beheroes of faith in Earth's Finalhours father I pray that we will putaway the gods of this worldI pray that we will wash our minds everymorning through the water of the word ofGod I pray that we will receive thebaptism of the Holy Spirit we will askfor it and receive it each and everymorning I pray Lord that when that finalCrist crisis comes knocking on
