him andthat our hearts will be open in hisministry with the Adventist Frontiermissions and everything that he does toYour Glory thank you thank you in thename of Jesus Christ amenall right good afternoon everybody I'dlike to give you a warm welcome andthank you Pastor proski for your uh warmwords of welcome here like to thank theElmhurst church for what has been a um awonderful Sabbath day so far the warmthe welcome is always warm the food isdelicious and the friendship is and thefellowship is uplifting so thank you somuch uh for those of you watching onlinewe give you a warm welcome as well andwe pray the internet will hold strongand God will bless us as we go throughthis afternoon together so uh thisafternoon this is not a sermon all rightso I'm just going to General talk abouta few things and I just want toemphasize I'm speaking in a privatecapacity here this morning I'm the chairof the religious liberty Church uhcommittee at Village adven Church inBaron Springs I guess I'm speaking inthat capacity here today and in no othercapacity uh these days we need to kindof carefully delineate in which hatwe're wearing at any one day so umthat's the cap I'm wearing today and Ispeak for myself and for nobody else souh back in uh when was it August lastyear I gave a sermon called Unthinkableone and a lot of people said wellwhere's Unthinkable2 and uh actually that was the originalUnthinkable 2 that I gave back in Augustlast year so I've just kind of Switchedthe order around and this is to kind oflike close the circle because people saywell where's the other bit of thatsermon so I've kind of uh changed itaround a bit and um I'm going to betalking about uh some of the changesthat we're seeing happening in the westand what's driving those changes um anduh some of some of this you may befamiliar with uh a lot of it you'reprobably not too familiar with but it iswhat's happening around us and it iswhat's affecting our young peopleparticularly in our colleges um the thethe stuff that we see happening in ourcolleges today is not happening byrandom chance it's driven by certainideologies which are when be talkingabout and how they affect our youngpeople how they affect your children howthey affect your grandchildren and howit is that U God-fearing parents sendtheir kids off to a college and the kidscome back um speaking a differentlanguage and with a completely differentworldview and you wonder what happenedto these kids at college and so uh we'regoing to be talking about Unthinkable totoday and uhso get this to work yeah there we arethere's my email on the screen ifanybody wants to write to me and um I'dbe very happy to hear from you just uhplease try and keep it somewhat civil soum we're going to this is the structureit's not a sermon it's a talk we'regoing to talk about Marxism behind usaround us before us and the conclusionshow we live as Christians today so uh inthe West in America we have generallylived with a very supportive legalenvironment would you agree with me yesuh our conference is incorporated as anon nonprofit the IRS gives out 501c3status to all the Adventist conferencesin the states the IRS is not actuallyobliged to give out tax exempt statusthey are only required to give out taxexempt status to organizations that thatuh um contribute to the common good ofsociety and so the moment the IRSdetermines that the Adventist Church andwhat it stands for for instance inbiblical morality is not in tune withthe general interests of society then wecould have our tax exempt status is justrevoked and there's really nothing youcan do about that so it's not anabsolute thing to have tax exempt statusit's a it's a temporary blessing thatGod has given us and we should make useof that temporary blessing to the extentthat we can and so in the westtraditionally um governments have nottried to block the Christian message orthe Adventist message in particular andSociety has not seen Christianity as adangerous oppressor or enemy of Freedomum and our governments have not soughtto force to change our basic beliefsabout Humanity um in the legislatures ofthe West we've become dependent uponfinances and strategic planning andbuildings and budgets and uh people anddollars and uh We've we've grown Laras Christians in the west we weappreciate financial prosperity andpublic Applause and we do all we can tobe well thought of insociety but that's changing in front ofour eyes if you hadn't noticed that ischanging and it's interesting you knowthe effects of these changes in widerSociety you know when if you look atwhat's happening in Canada today this iskind of a side offshoot here um when youstop all public discussion in the PublicSquare such as Facebook or SnapChat orInstagram when you ban views from uhdiscussion on in the social square ofsocial media people have no option butto go to the streets if you can'texpress your views on online then you'regoing to go to the streets and so we seethis happening in Canada right now thatthe more you cancel and cancel andcancel those ideas don't go away in asociety they just pop up somewhere elsein a way that maybe you don't appreciateso what we're seeing in the west now isincreasingly governments are looking toforce changes in basic biblical moralityour understanding of marriage and personidentity this is happening in many manycountries of the West uh increasinglythe church is seen as a dangerousoppressor that spreads hate limitspersonal freedom and causes suicidalidation among um children of certainorientations for instance in Canada theypassed just recently the C4 bill thatcriminalizes any attempt to change yourorientation to homos to heterosexual andcriminalizes any attempt to change yourgender identity to cisgender that meansthat you're biological reality and yourpsychological self understanding line soI'm a cisgender allegedly that means I'ma male biologically and I think I'm amale in my mind so that means I'mcisgender uh so the gender lines up withthe body but if you are transgender themind no longer Lins up with the body butin Canada they've just criminalized anyattempts to help someone achievecisgender status or heterosexual statusis now a criminal offense and that willaffect preachers in the pulpits forinstance and we see this happening invarious other states in in the west thisthis attempt to determine what thechurch is allowed to preach so we neverreally expected let's put it this way weknew that persecution would come in thewest but we've kind of gotten used toliving without overt persecution so wekind of enjoyed the freedoms that we'vehad but that is changing quite rapidlyand so I just want to ask you know whyare some of these things happening andhow does it affect our young people wellI want um you know people that say healways talks about Marxism I'm going totalk about his own life here todaybecause it's it's it's important tounderstand that this cultural Marxismthat is sweeping the west and isimpacting all of our colleges in AmericaI mean like not just Adventists but allcolleges in America where is this comingfrom well this guy here was born in 1818in Tria one of the most Catholic citiesof Germany and his family was actuallyJewish and there were several rabbis inthe family and in family history andthey had a history of devout Judaism butin in 18 20 KL Marx's father decided forvarious reasons including economicadvancement that he was going to becomea Christian and he be he had a choicebetween becoming a Lutheran or becominga Catholic and he chose to become aLutheran not because he was convinced ofLutheranism per se but becauseCatholicism still have the Superstitionof the the priests were teaching andLutheranism in the early 1800s inGermany was not so much theism but itwas theism so if you are theistic youbelieve in a personal God who connectswith you on a personal level the is Godbut if you're a deist you believeintellectually there is a God out therehe's like the watch maker that makes thewatch and winds it up then but then letsthe universe run itself down okay and sothe ger the German Lutheranism of theearly 1800s God was kind of the distantwatchmaker that wound up the universeand then just disappeared off to anotheruniverse and he just lets the universewind down but he's not going to beinterested in your life personally so KLMarx's father and chose to become aLutheran and Marx became a Lutheranuntil he went to college and then thenhe became a committed atheist and it wasduring those college Years in 1837 to 41that he became a committed atheist andhe published what we now know as theCommunist Manifesto in1848 now he builds his ideas on thehegelian dialect and so this is how itworks if the agenda of those in power isthe centralization of power then youhave thesis you have a manufacturedTerror threat you have antithesis whichis a repressive police state to dealwith the terror threat then you have thesynthesis this is where you're goingwhich is the removal of individualliberties and power is centralizedwithin a society this is what is knownas the hegelian dialectic and that'sjust a very broad overview of it so youhave thesis antithesis and synthesis andthis is the the the the progression ofideas um so that um you you get what youwant from the government side but thethe freedoms of the citizens aresystematically removed now Marx wrote in1848 that communism is the riddle ofHistory solved and is it knows itself tobe the solution and this is actuallywhat every ideology does every ideologysays this is the idea and we're going toput that idea on like a pair ofspectacles and the whole of history isreinterpreted through the lens of thosespectacles of the idea which means thathistory has always been moving to wherewe are now there's there's an inevitableuh it's inevitable that we are where weare today because of the idea theideology that we espouse so if youespouse fascist M then um like with nawith Nazi Germany you end up with aThird Reich that's the inevitable con umconclusion of History uh if you're a ifyou're Marxist you end up with acommunist state and so in Marx's ideasum societies evolve from feudalism tocapitalism to socialism to Communism toone party dictatorship now the manifestohad 10 basic points to it and uh thefirst of those was the abolition ofproperty in land and the redirection ofall rents to public purposes so when wehear in America cries in the last threeor four years to abolish rents or rentcontrols or to suspend rents you'reessentially breaking the the backs ofthe private landlords and so propertygoes into the hands of the state and thestate Now controls housing rather thanprivate landlords so when we hear criesto you know get rid of rents or toabolish rents you're essentially hearingpeople crying out um basic Marxism aheavy progressive taxation uh this is sothat um the poor become poor the richbecome poor and the poor become pooreressentially uh the abolition ofinheritance rights because if you're ajke your son needs to be a poper hecannot have the advantages of being aJuke and so um KL Marx himself didn'tapply this in his own life his parentswere relatively wealthy and he reallydidn't work for a living throughout hislife he had repeated heavy argumentswith his parents he wanted money hewanted money he wanted money they keptgiving it to him so he didn't believe inthe abolition of inheritance rights forhimself but he certainly believed in theabolition of inheritance rights for youand for me um confiscation of propertyof immigrants and Rebels that reallydoesn't apply today um because they nolonger exist and the centralization ofall credit in a national bank so thebank controls credit so the governmentthe government controls land thegovernment controls rents the governmenttaxes the rich out of existence and italso centralizes all credit in aNational Bank uh so they they'reclaiming the control of pretty much theentire economy with this uh thecentralization of communication andtransportation so you have nationalizedrail Industries nationalized Airlinesfor instance in manyy parts of Europetoday you have the expansion ofstate-ownedfactories and so uh the means ofproduction is owned by the state theequal obligation to work we saw this inthe Soviet Union um where men and womenworked equally side by side not just inthe factories but in World War II womenwere on the front lines just as much asthe men in in the Russian and the SovietRed Army and so you have an equalobligation to work you have theabolition of the distinctions betweenrural and urban communities we see thattoday in America voting patterns areradically different aren't they a ruralcommunity will vote generally muchdifferent to an urban community inAmerica today and we see that in manycountries of our world today ruralcommunities tend to be more conservativewith a small sea they tend to be morerooted in in in in some kind ofChristian faith and when you move to anurban community um people lose therhythms of Life they lose the the theylose the sense that when it rains it's ablessing from God because they're notgrow in gardens anymore they don't haveFields anymore and so Urban people aremore um dislocated from God um justbecause of the nature of urban livingand so Marx wanted to abolish thedistinction not because he didn't thinkthese two things were good but becausehe wanted to eliminate the the influenceof Godly Society particularly in ruralareas free public education for allchildren so this was the the themanifesto that he published it had a 10oplan and as we can imagine thatManifesto infringes on basic humanrights and Christian worldview so forinstance um the abolition of let me seewherehere yeah abolition of distinctionbetween R rural and urban um that'scertainly an attack on on on RuralChristian faith and we see the impact inRussia of his his actions on theCommunist Party even today but um forinstance the the uh infringements onbasic human rights you to to ownproperty is prot protect in the sixthcommandment Thou shalt not steal yesThou shalt not steal implies you haveprivate property and for Marx privateproperty is one of the greatest evilsthere is and in fact in Catholictheology they also view private propertyas a as a necessary evil but not assomething to be aspired for and so inCatholic theology you have Divine Lawand natural law and moral law andapplied law and Thomas aquinus came upwith these distinctions what 800 yearsago and in Catholic theology umeverything should be held for the commongood and in Catholic in Thomas aquinusis writings you only allow privateproperty in a society if that privateproperty is held for the benefit of thewhole society okay so that's why theCatholic church is equally at home withleftwing dictatorships or right-wingdictatorships they can play both sidesof the coin because philosophically theycan align with both so the manifestocontradicts The Ten Commandments such asprivate property and how was Marx goingto achieve this well he recognized thatpeople weren't willingly going to giveup all these things and so he advocatedfor a program of State Terror includingforced agricultural collectivization umTheodore of of Ukraine um if you look atUkraine today and you think why are wefighting in Ukraine I mean there's along and complex history there but theSoviets in the 1930s they theycollectivized all theAgriculture and the way they did thatwas they sent in the Red Army and theytook all the grain supplies from the thesmall small holding Farmers they callthem kulacs you know and so some groupsare bad in society some are good that'smodern critical theory as well somegroups are good some are oppressors thekulacs reviewed as the oppressors theywere the small holding Farmers um Stalinsent in the Red Army took all the grainreserves and between four and sixmillion people starved to death in the30s in what was known as Theodore wedon't talk about it much these days sowhen the the Nazi troops arrived in 1941they were viewed as liberating Heroes bymany of theukrainians it's a paradox of history butif you view the Nazis as liberatingHeroes you've gone through a prettytough time and many of those people thenfought for the Nazis and they were manyof them served in the concentrationcamps so today you may hear Putintalking about well you know the fascistscame out of Ukraine to a certain extentthat that is true there were many peoplewho fought for Hitler from WesternUkraine but they had themselves come outof a brutal experience with the na withthe Soviets in the 1930s so it dependswhen you start history you start yourjustifications so anyway um Marx saidhow is he going to achieve all of thishe says through State Terror this iswhat he wrote in 1849 we have nocompassion and we ask for no compassionfrom you when our turn comes as when wehave power we shall not make excuses forthe terror that's what he wrote in 1849and so you have state sanction Terror toaccomplish the goals of KL Marx and sobegan what KL Marx was later refer to asthe dance of death the dance of death ashe wrote in 1849 the imposition of hisideology was only possible with death hespoke about the today we see it in TheKilling Fields of Cambodia some of youhear from Romania you had a very anInfamous prisoner the pesty prison Ithink it was pronounced which was sobrutal that the Communist eventuallyclosed it down and held held a trial andconvicted some of the prison guards ofof the sheer brutality was beyondcomprehension it was very bad then youhave the lubianka prison in theheadquarters the KGB in Moscow wheremany people the thousands lost theirlives in the basement Fidel Castro andShea gavara held the lacabana executionhouse over there in Cuba people don'tyoung people don't talk about it thesedays but Fidel and Shay gavara killedtheir fair share of humanity North Koreahas its Camp 22 which has closedrecently um a concentration camp upthere and communist China today has itsongoing genocides against certain groupssuch as the weers and if you follow thenews you realize that there is asystematic um elimination of the weersgoing on as we speak it's it's aterrible crime against humanity so thesethings are happening around us no otherideology in history is produced so muchgrinding poverty repression ormind-numbing violence and otherestimates uh people estimate how manypeople died under this idology wellthere was a little book called The BlackBook of Communism published in 99estimates are between 100 160 MillionDead just dead from ideology thatideology in 1917 to 91 but of course itstill lives in parts of Southeast Asiaand China uh plus tens of millions inAsia Africa the Americas in Europe whowere displaced who were bereaved who aretortured who were starved forciblyrepatriated exiled and muchmore so um this is the start of marxistideology then come to Lenin who comes topower with the Bolshevik Revolution in1917 in Russiahe was a devoted disciple of KL Marx andhe followed Marx's Dogma in setting whatwas a militantly anti-god ethos of theSoviet Union religion was not allowed inthe public sphere but and it had to berooted out of the personal sphere sothere's Vladimir Lenin there in the timeof the Revolution Lenin wrote thatworship of God is akin to necrophiliathe worst possible taboo there is inmost societies today and in 1920 at thethird all Russian Congress of the youngcommunist League this is what what hesaid he said we do not believe in God wereject any morality based on extra humanand extraclass Concepts now this isinteresting because they reject anymorality based on extra human Conceptsthat means we reject biblical moralitythat's what he's essentially sayingthere your concept of right or wrong thesense that taking a life is wrong abreach of the sixth commandment thesense that adultery the breach of theseventh commandment is morally wrongLenin just rejected it all out of handthey were militantly anti God and so heactually launched the league of themilitant Godless among young people inthe Soviet Union and in1932 this was what they decided to dothis was their goal in 5 years not asingle House of Prayer shall remain inthe territory of the USSR and the Veryconcept of God must be banished from theSoviet Union as a surviving phenomenonof the Middle Ages and as an instrumentof the oppression of the workingclasses and so um Marx had this hatredof God which was passed on to Leninwhich then worked its way throughMarxist Lenin leninist ideologythroughout the Soviet Union so why didMarx have this militant hatred of Godbecause many people who say I'm anatheist they may be intellectuallyconvinced there is no God but they don'tcome across of just hating Christiansand hating God altogether why was Marxso why was he and his Len Lenin hismajor disciple why were they somilitantly anti-god well you know Marxas a man uh wasn't much to he wasn'tsomeone to write home about if you readthe stories about him he refused to workfor an income and he refused to providefor his growing family preferring toplead and Bully his parents for livingmoney he almost never washed and thuspersonally stank he was plagued by boilsacross his entire body maybe because henever washed he drank heavily had ragingrows with his wife had a son by hisimpoverished family maid uh whom heforced to work for no wages and hedespised family life this guy was not aby no standards of any any society wouldyou say this was a man worth emulatinghis personal correspondence was filledwith racist invective he wrote there theemancipation of the Jews in the finalanalysis is the emancipation of mankindfrom Judaism uh which was an sentimentlater espoused by Adolf Hitler hisdaughter married a man from Cuba whomKarl Marx denigrated with the worstpossible violent racist abuse in theirwritings and I've got some of the wordswritten down here from hiscorrespondence but I'm not going to useitbut let it be know that Marx Marx wasquite free in his use of racial epithetstowards people who were who wereanything different fromhimself um his family and his colleaguesnoted his hatred of God some of theremarks about him was his father said hewas governed by a demon his son wrote aletter to him called my dear devil henever had a good relationship with hisson Engles who was maybe his closest umphilosophical like um colleague in armsyou might might say wrote that he was amonster of 10,000 Ang devils and hiswife simply referred to him as thatWicked Nave and he was filled with amanic rage in life at life in generaland against God in particular and wefind clues in his poetry so we don'toften talk about Marx's poetry but Marxwrote a lot of poetry and in that poetryyou find a fascination with of of dealsdeals with the devil packs with thedevil and um calling up Spirits so hewrote a poem called the playerwell-known player he portrays himself asa violinist who summons up the powers ofDarkness through his frenzied playingand in that poem this is what he saystill I go mad my heart is utterlychanged see the sword the Prince ofDarkness sold it to me for he beats thetime and gives the signs ever more PLboldly I play the dance of death so inthis poem here he beats the time andgives the signs and the musician summonsup Satan a lover offers poison to herbeloved then both runum runs their deaths in a satanicrejection of this world it's um it's aninteresting poem but Marx is theprotagonist and he's the ultimate rebelagainst God within this poem he thenwrites another poem called um ulem whichis about the destruction ofhumanity now this is an anagram ulem isa reference to manuelo which is Emmanuelwhich is god with us so the title itselfBears a message it's a rejection of Godthis world is messed up God is is messedup and in this poem he writes about thefact that we as Humanity are abandonedby a cold God but the anti-hero muchlike the um the Joker in in the um theum Batman series he refers to as theViper so voluptuously warm and the theViper is the hero in this particularpoem of Marx uh so he then goes on towrite in another poem of his his calledThe Pale Maiden in this one he writesautobiographically he says thus Heaven Iforfeited I Know It full well my soulwants true to God is chosen for hell andelsewhere he writes in other of hispoems he writes I wish to avenge myselfagainst the one who rules above so ifyou look at the Poetry of KL Marx youfind in there a Fascination about dealswith the devil that the serpent or orSatan is the hero and there is a rageagainst God who's left this world to diethis cold God that he writes about andhe portrays himself as fighting God inhis poetry now um this doesn't filterthrough to the young people on collegecampus these days but there is anintense hatred of God and almost worshipof Satan in his poetry and you see itrepeatedly in his writings his personalwritings so Soul Nan captured theessence of KL Marx when he said thiswithin the philosophical system of Marxand Lenin hatred for God is theprincipal driving force and Richardvonbrand who was Romanian and and uh hewas tortured and eventually came to theWest um he concluded in a book calledMarx and Satan that Marx was not merelyphilosophically an atheist but that heplunged into the depths of Satanism thatis he not only rejected God but Marx wasactually true to Lucifer now we willnever know I guess what really washappening in Marx's mind but the all ofthe evidence points in the directionthat he wasn't just a an intellectualworking on the banks of the river s inParis with little Spectacles on saying Idon't believe there is a God that he wasplunging into practices of Satanism andout of that arose an intense hatred ofChristianity so this then was Mark notjust a philosophical atheist but a haterof God and fascinated byLucifer so how does that impact us todaywell it does impact us today youprobably heard about um what do you callit um cultural Marxism yeah you've heardabout cultural Marxism so this came toAmerica in the 1930s in what was knownas the Frankfurt School the philosophythese were Marxist Jewish philosopherswho escaped Adolf Hitler they came toAmerican universities setup shop and outof there we now have a whole series ofacademic areas such as critical theorycritical race Theory critical genderTheory lgbtq studies intersectionalitystandpoint epistemology diversityinclusion Equity safe spaces culturalappropriation the list goes on and onand on this is all language driven byMarxistideology and so in the west I would sayin America we're in the throws of of astruggle between different worldviewsone of those worldviews is the Marxistworldview that's come across ourcampuses and it's affecting our youngpeople in ways that they really don'tunderstand it's affecting our society inin profound ways with woke corporationsand um young people coming home and andtalking to their parents in languagethat the parents simply have reallydon't understand what they're talkingabout um Marx's goals were theelimination of the J judeo-christianfoundations of Western Society he alsohad hatred for biblical sexual moralityof the nuclear family of personalfreedom and also of the freedoms in theUS Bill of Rights and Constitutionbut the ultimate um Target in Marxistphilosophy is the eradication of Godfrom society in both public sphere andin public private life as per thedictates of um Vladimir Lenin so if thisis all kind of distressing if this isall kind of like um this is somethinglike I'm really excited I was here onSabbath afternoon well you know thisstuff is happening around us and we needto understand what is happening aroundus so there are two areas I'm just goingto choose here relatively at random thatwe see this affecting us one is on Racethe other is on sexual relations so umthe racism is a terrible problem it isexists it's evil and so forth but it'sbeen um hijacked by the cultural Marxistthis guy here you're very familiar withhim IR ramx kendi he wrote the book howto be anti-racist in about 2019 or 2020it was a national bestseller and thereyou see a picture of the book there nowfor this writer here anti-racism meanssupporting policy IES that equalizeracial disparities across all ethnicgroups that means every ethnic group hasto have identical socioeconomic outcomeswhile racism consists of any policy ideathat results deliberately orunintentionally in disperate outcomesacross different ethnic groups soaccording to Kendry you either racist oranti-racist if you are not racist thatdoes not mean that you are anti-racistit means you are still a racist unlessyou're an activeanti-racist so in Kendry writings hereif you are arehomophobic that means that you are aracist because he links the two togetherin his cultural Marxist wellview so ifyou do not fully accept the lgbtqculture and lifestyle that means you arenow a racist according to Kendry forKendry if you're transphobic If you denytransgender ideology in any way thatalso means in his writings you areconsidered a racist and he also arguesquote to love racism is to end up lovingcapitalism so if you believe in freeenterprise and capitalism by definitionaccording to kend's writings you are tobe considered a racist what is thisdoing to society nobody wants to becalled a racist and therefore we'redriven by fear of being called racistinto a Marxist Revolution and theinevitable elimination of our libertiesthat's where this is going with the ananti-racist ideology anybody whoquestions this ideology is beingdestroyed across the west by beinglabeled racist and then being cancelledprofessionally socially and financiallyin society now parallel to this issue ofrace there's the issue of of sex andthis is another manifestation ofcultural Marxism we find this it startsout in the 60s with the Frenchsurrealists uh who wrote the book themodernity is a metaphysical collapse thedecisive battle against Christianitycould be fought only at the level of thesexual Revolution now uh the sexualRevolution goes deeper than questions ofEconomics which is what Marx was writingabout it goes deeper than politics itgoes to the heart of what it means to bea human beingand so this is a very very um touchypoint for for people all over the worldparticularly in the west now in thebiblical worldview um God createseverything with a purpose everything hasa purpose and so the physical act isactually the purpose of it is to expresslove between a husband and a wife andthere is procreation as well so thephysical act does not exist in and ofitself but it exists within the safetyand confines of a Biblical marriage andit's an expression of love and of theCovenant Love and a Fidelity to eachother and it leads to children and soforth so it has apurpose but in the evolutionaryworldview that something that Marx asspoused nothing has a purpose everythingis just random this universe is a randomcollection of random chemicals andrandom atoms floating around nothingultimately has any meaning and if that'sthe case then there is no meaning to theto the physical act that we're talkingabout it's simply to be studied for asit it is and so you you you come veryclose to the writings of the Marquee DeSade or sad that's where we get the wordsadism from and later by the famous writof ilhem Reich as sex cannot be for anypurpose because this universe is purposeless all that is left is vital energyand any restraints on that vital energyis philosophically regarded as beingrepressive so where does we where do wecome with this in the in the culturalrevolution because it is that part ofyour life life is the vital energy atthe Center of your person your physicaland emotional experiences in this areaof your life become the center point ofyour personal identity so just as Marxcalled for workers to join the struggleagainst the bourjois so now the culturalMarxist sexual Revolution callseverybody to join in the struggleagainst the repression of your personalexpression in this area of your life inpractice it meansthat um The Motto might be to say thesedays it is forbidden toforbid it is forbidden toforbid which is another way ofexpressing the famous Satanist um mottofrom Alistar Crowley um do as thouWilt these days it is forbidden toforbid and because um that part of yourlife is viewed as as your intrinsicenergy and any repression on it is isargued to bring you psychological damagetherefore anything that holds back ordenies the full expression of thataspect of your life is viewed aspsychologically damaging and repressiveyou following this what is it in societythat that generally in the west saysthis is morally right or this is morallywrong it's biblicalmorality so we are left with theconclusion that biblical morality mustbe removed from society because biblicalmorality says these are the boundariesthat God has established but if you wantto be out here then you need to repentand come within those boundaries um butthe sexual Revolution says no we need toget rid of those biblical parametersbecause any restriction on that part ofmy life is psychologically harmful andrepressive anddamaging therefore young people whomaybe have suicidal idation becausemaybe they're transgender and that theirChristian parents don't support it thesuicid idation is blamed on the lack ofsupport from the parents who arerepressing that individual rather thenthe the underlying psychological traumaof the individual themselves and soChristianity becomes the great evil insociety that's holding back people'sfreedom of expression freedom of umpursuing their their inner being youmight sayand so the sexual Revolution argues thatany restraint on that kind of expressionis inherently repressive psychologicallyharmful so all moral restraint is to berejected and the scriptures thrown outthis is part of the cultural expressioncultural revolution that is happeningaround our country today and this isparticularly seen in the transgenderphenomenon I'm not going to talk toomuch about that but other than to saythis and if you got teenage girls listenreallycarefully it used to be in the' 70s 8s90s the overwhelming majority of transthe language has changed whether it betranssexual then becomes transgender theoverwhelming majority tended to be menwho were crossdressing but that's nolonger the case the overwhelmingmajority of transgender cases these daysare teenage girls who transition tobecome boys and there are well-knownreasons why that is the case um thefirstreason is this is that teenage girlstend to be physically gawky and veryself-conscious gawky is that that theword we use here in America yes teenagegirls they look at the airbrushed imagesof female perfection in Cosmo magazineand they say I can't compete withthat their bodies are changing they'reall out of proportion they've got acne Ican't compete with that you don't seeairbrushed bodies of young males inCosmo magazine is always young femaleswe live in a hypersexualized societyaround airbrushed images of women soteenage girls who are the primary sourcenow of of of the transgender movementthey they look at these pictures andthey realize there's no way I cancompare with that then they look attheir boys in class their classmates andthey realize that nobody puts boys ortheir bodies under such pressure inWestern Society boys get a free passthere's no pressure on boys to havecertainlooks okay but there is ongirls there's incredible pressure onyounggirls to become a boy allows a girl toescape all such socialpressure you avoid the social pressurethe the stuff that happens on Snapchatand Tik Tok and the social influencersthat are outthere social media influencers there's alot of them out there they're verypopular they're young girls who areturning into boys allegedly they providethe social accelerant and watch whatyour teenage girls are watching onsocial media because there arewell-known um influencers out therewon't go into their namesbut parents be know what your kids arewatching because these social mediainfluencers they they celebrate theirtransition and you know they they gothey they can they go thus far and andsomebody else goes a little bit furtherand somebody goes a little bit furtherand they're all celebrating and this isthe coolest thing you can possibly do asa young teenage girl um on social mediaif you are trying to escape the sensethat I can't compete with Cosmo Magi andmy body's all over the place you knowI'm not a woman yet I'm not I'm nolonger a girl but I'm not a woman I'mkind of all over the place so how do Iescape this social pressure and the boysdon't have any pressure the boys canwalk around and Grunt and you know neverwash and nobody gives nobody cares aboutthat that'strue no boys don't really don't boy boysdon't have the same pressure that girlsdo to look a certainway and then the final reason is thisbecause we're teaching our childrencritical theory and critical race theoryin our schools and in critical theorythere is a hierarchy of approachoppression so you have um whiteheterosexual males like me we're themost oppressive in human history thenyou have white heterosexual females andit's mostly white heterosexual femaleswho become transgenders mostly um andthen you have um then you have uh whitegays and white lesbians then you haveethnic minorities and then you havetransgenders and the rule of criticaltheory is that oppression only flowsdownwards never goes upwards so if I'm awhite middleclass girl and I'm taught insociety in critical race theory that Ibelong to I'm cisgender I'm heterosexualI'm white that means I'm guilty of allthe evil of human history how do I avoidthat guilt I become a transgender I goto the bottom of the pile now I can't beguilty of racism by definition becausethe transgenders are lower in thathierarchy of Oppression you following memy attitude doesn't change I can stilltreat somebody in the most appalling wayand deny the image of God in them but Ican no no longer be accused of racismbecause I'm a transgender andtransgenders are Pro oppressed by everyother group every other group so byidentifying as transgender a girl who issocially awkward who's unsure of herbody and how it's developing and whohates all these these hypersexualizedimages that she sees all around her andnobody really cares about her byidentifying as transgender she becomes asocial hero in her school everybodycelebrates her you're cool you're doingthe right thing you're a brave personand nobody cares what you look like andit's a Great Escape Route from what itmeans to be teenage girl in the westtoday so there are some reasons why thisis happening around us today but the thefun the underlying point is this thatthe both what we see in race relationsto a certain extent but more in thesexual Revolution these aremanifestations of the culturalrevolution that's essentially trying toeliminate Christianity from WesternSociety that's the ultimate go goalwhere this is going to so um then wecome to Marxism before us well you knowwe see it in happening in front of usyou know what can we do as Christiansabout this we want to know and so umsome of you have lived under persecutionum we heard this morning how you livedin Romania it's it's not easy okay andthose who've never lived through itnever experienced it um we don't knowhow we would react to to this kind ofpersecution when it comes to us andthose of you who have lived through itand survived praise the Lord um and sohow do we respond as Christians wellthere are there a various professorshave studied this and one guy calledProfessor Peter kusmi he just studiedhow Christians responded to communistoppression in Eastern Europe and younoted that there were three responses ingeneral um one was um movingaway and I don't condemn anybody whomoved away I've never had that myself Imean the Taliban once told me I'd halfan hour to leave my home and I left in15 minutes I guess that counts as movingaway I didn't want to hang around andargue the case with the Talibanbut um here we have um Christians willoften move away and uh this is was Jesussays you know it may be consideredhiding your lamp under a bushel um itmay be that you have no option but tomove away we don't know everybody'scircumstances are different um but thechallenge with this is is if all theChristians leave then that Society isleft without a witness and so it's hardyou know you can talk about generalitiesbut the individual cases are always youknow you leave it to the individual theymake a the best choice they can there'sanother response this is particularlynot helpful that is to to fight why isthis because um when we fight in activeresistance the gospel is destroyedbecause when you fight you come to viewyour opponents as your enemies who youwant to kill and your goal becomes todestroy them rather than to love andforgive them and that's a real tragedywhen you start fighting physically umit's hard to love and forgive Those whomyou're trying to Kand so as Christians we are we tend tobe pacifist for instance um as as achurch as Adventists Jesus says mykingdom is not from this world if mykingdom were from this world myfollowers will be fighting to keep mefrom being handed over to the Jews butas it is my kingdom is not from here andso fighting you know that has takenplace in some parts of the world um butas I say the challenge is once you startfighting with worldly weapons againstyour enemy um then it's very hard tolove them and to forgive them and to winthem into God God's kingdom with love ifyou just simultaneously trying to shootthem you then have another response andthat isaccommodation and this is I think whatwe're facing in the west right now thisis the temptation to accommodate tocompromise to allow a secular Marxistculture to infiltrate and to re allowyou to force you to reinterpret thescriptures for yourselves this isexactly what western Christians aredoing today when they open their Biblesand they discover oh look homosexual itylesbianism transgenderism um queerideology alcohol Evolution uh uncleanfood they've all been hiding in plainsight for 2,000 years how didn't we missit for 2,000 how did we miss it for2,000 years and this is maybe what'shappening more than anything else inWestern Christianity right nowaccommodation destroys the church bycompromising its witness and making thegospel subservient to Fallen ideologiesJesus spoke about it there he says youknew what they were thinking and said tothem every Kingdom divided againstitself is laid waste and no City orhouse divided against itself will standMatthew 12:25 and so um Christians arecalled to remain United on the word ofGod and in prayer rather than sayingokay the world is forcing this upon ushow can we possibly find a justificationfor in scripture so we don't have tostand against it and that kind ofaccommodation it destroys the church thechurch has never done well in anysociety in human since the time of Jesuswhen accommodation and Theologicalcompromise come into its Mist into itsmidst so uh a positive response is theTheology of thecross that means living according to theteachings of Jesus no matter thepersonal cost that means living theteachings of Jesus as a response of loveto the call of Jesus in our lives not inopposition to totalitarian governmentsso we positively choose to live theteachings of Jesus and we we understandthere will be consequences that is amore positive response to what whathappens around us then then fightingback or trying to compromise or tryingto excuse or allow things into the bodyof Christ and as we know from salvationhistory it's the willingness of faithfulChristians to love their enemies in themidst of persecution that advances thecause of Christ more than anythingelse uh we are all familiar with thestories you know Fox's book of Martyrsyes we're familiar with the stories ofthe Roman Amphitheater we're familiarwith the stories of you know Christiansin the Soviet Union and in Cambodia andin communist China the stories that comeout of the prison camps are horrific butthe fact is is that one faithfulindividual man woman boy or girl who isfaithful to Jesus in the midst ofpersecution and refuses to respond withviolence or hatred can actually have amore powerful impact for Christ than athousandsermons you know the faithful witnessthere's a story in the Soviet Union ofuh when Yuri Gagarin Circle space yeahcircle the Earth Earth in orbit and uhhe would came back saying yeah there isno God I went up into space and I didn'tsee a god out there and so this washailed as proof that there is no God andthis teacher in Moscow was saying to aKindergarten class well yurri gagaranwent up into space and he proved thereis no God this little kid kindergartnerstuck her hand up and she says pleasema'am she says but but my God Liveshigher up well that story went acrossRussia and it kind of mocked the theSoviet claim that there wasn't a Godbecause God just lives a little bithigher up you see from a littlefour-year-old um it was a profoundstatement from a four-year-old andlittle did she realized that story wouldfloat around Russia um after y yurGagarin and so it is um it is always thechurch's willingness to Suffer Withoutretaliation while continuing to love itsenemies as it lives out the fullness ofthe Christian Life that advances thecause of Christ and so what we heardthis morning with uh our friends fromRomania you know you went to prisonyou went through persecution but I don'tthink you came out hating them I thinkyou came out with your Christian loveand faithintact and eventually communism didcollapse um but it's our willingness tolive without violent retaliation thatactually advances the course of Christbecause we respond in a way that nobodyelsewould if I hit you I expect you to hitme back but if I hit you and you offerto bless me or do good to me that reallycauses me to think like hey what's goingon here here why don't they hate me it'snormal to hate and that you know bringsus to the most difficult teaching ofJesus which is to love your enemieswhich is perhaps the hardest saying ofJesus in all of the gospels to love yourenemies to sacrificially love and prayfor and do good to those who hurt youand despitefully use you and to pray forGod's blessing upon those who've givenyou the most pain is perhaps the hardestteaching of Jesus But ultimately it isLove That Conquers it is not force thatconquers and God's kingdom is built onlove and so we are called to live thatlove particularly for those who havehurt us so uh inconclusion there we are all right umjust like God's faithful children in thetime of Elijah the 7,000 who hadn't bowthe KNE to bail when Faithful prophetswere hidden in caves or the apostolicera where the apostles move from City toCity ahead of persecution and stoningsand beatings or like the braveevangelists in MA China who fled fromtown to town just ahead of the Communistsecret police or the faithful Adventistsin the Soviet Union who endured everyform of um oppression and still survivedwe must also consider what happens to usin the west because as the shadow ofthis Marxist cultural revolution spreadsacross our Western Nations themythological um advantages of sharingthe gospel via our current institutionalstructures will inevitably be strippedaway either by a hostile federalgovernment or when the mark of the beastis imposed it's going to happen one dayor another we know that one day we'lllose our tax exempt tax exempt status ifwe don't think that we simply haven'tgot our eyes open one day we'll lose theability to speak freely one day greatcontroversy and the Bible will bedeclared hate speech one day Amazon willstop carrying the Bible because it'sconsidered transphobic or homophobicthese things aren't that far away we cansee these things coming in our Directionand so in in this kind of in this kindof um world in which we now live we knowthat before Jesus comes everythingaround us will be gone our conferencescolleges institutions our tax exemptstatus bank accounts Roth IRAs and allthe rest of it it's just going to be youand your brothers andsisters just waiting for the coming ofJesus that's what it's going to comedown to so I want to challenge youtogether to not just worship together onSabbath but to meet together during theweek and pray for each other and praywith each other call each other on thephone you go into clinic tomorrow let mepray with you before you go to theclinic I hear that you're short on yourrent Let's help you out from thecollective money in the church budget uhyour fence is knocked over well let'shave a work be Let's help you out andget this thing fixed learn who yourchurch members are and learn to lovethem and to pray with them and to prayfor them um spend time with them intheir homes because when everything elseFades away that's what the body ofChrist is going to come down to it's thepeople on the Pew next to you do youknow them do you love them do you carefor them do you know where they live doyou know what their their heartaches areare you supporting them in theirdifficult moments um you know we cansupport people in ways they don't evenunderstand had a colonoscopy about sixweeks ago and I remember waking up inthe in the recovery room and the nextthing I was aware of I'd woken up athome in my bed I thought hang on how didI gethere and some of you have had thisexperience and so my wife as well youhad a long chat with a nurse aboutsomething I said no I don't rememberthat that and then we got you dressedand I dressed you on the bed and I saidno don't remember that just just goneand then we put you in a wheelchair andwe wheeled you around the back of thehospital in the C no I don't rememberthat and then we drove home no I don'tremember that and I put you in bed no Idon't remember that and then you woke upI remember that yeah I just woke up afew minutes ago so I just lost I didn'tknow like 12 hours just gone I whathappened I do not know and I rememberbefore I had the coloscopy the doctorsays now you must not sign any legalpaperwork for 24 hours I thought why ishe telling me that now I understand whywell well the the point about this isthat I had a wife who took me home andsupported me and she made sure I went inthe right place and I wasn't even awareof it at the time I had noidea and we need brothers and sisterswho are going to take care of us we maynot even know aboutit to take care of things behind thescenes to look out for each other towatch over somebody somebody's at homesomebody's on their own here at churchthey need to lift home um somebody's athome and they can't get out to theshopping cuz they snowed in somebody'sfrail and can't is afraid to go outsidebecause the ice those are opportunitiesto minister to our brothers and sistersin a way that only God knows and Godgives a reward to those who do this sowe know that these things are going tocome to our world we see ananti-christian ideology sweeping theWest it's going across all of ourcollege campuses in the west it'sworking its way through our umcorporations in the west as well andsooner or later the the implicit attacksare going to be become very explicitit's happening in Canada it's happeningin Australia it's happening in Britainthese attacks on the church one way oranother and sooner or later it's goingto affect us here in America as well sowhile we have the freedom to do so let'sworship together on Sabbath we'll praytogether work together witness togetheruse all the tools at our disposablewhile we have the benefits of being avisible denomination and let's use thosefreedoms while we can knowing that oneday all that will be gone and then we'regoing to have to just be us and ourbrothers in this Elmhurst area and we'regoing to make it through to The BitterEnd and the end is good news because theend is that Jesus comes again so let'snot be discouraged by what is happeningwe need to understand what is happeningthere is a cultural revolution going onsimilar to what happened in China underMao in the 60s and 70s many Christiansat the time were all for it because Maouse the same Logans slogans as what wehear today um but Marx calls the priestswho marched for his ideas useful idiotsand lenon picked up on that phrase realuseful idiots and that's what theCommunist view the the Christians asuseful idiots and when the cultureRevolution took over the first targetsof the culture Revolution were theChristians and so um that ideology hasnot changed it's motivated by a hatredof Jesus Christ we look back at the lifeof Marx and his writings and that's comethrough into cultural Marxism today soit's my prayer that we will uh God willgrant us the grace to accept whatever heallows to come our way and the strengthto endure to the end on that note I'lljust bring this to a close thisafternoon and we will close with aprayer dear heavenly father as weconsider the world around us as weconsider the changes in oursociety father we're so grateful thatyou're holding back all the Winds ofstrife just yet so that the gospel maystill go forward father with thefreedoms we yet endure may we be activelaborers for your kingdom May may we uhpress together may we pray together maywe work together and worship togetherand witness together Lord may we workwith our colleagues in our conferenceand office and the sister churches ofthis conference to bless this great Cityof Chicago and I pray father that wewill work while there is yet day becausewe know that night is coming and sofather give us the grace and the courageto stand tall for you today and when theDarkness Falls around us I pray that thelamp of our witness will burn brighterand brighter and it will never beextinguished this is our prayer in Jesusnameamen I think the mic is is coming up uhthank you Dr mine for being with us andspending the Sabbath with us andchallenging us with this I would like tothank also our live audience if youenjoyed the presentation this morningand afternoon please share it withothers uh goodbye with this we are goingto finish our live stream at this moment
