The Great Reset | Dr. Conrad Vine

Day 1: The First Great Reset – Lessons from Joseph’s Egypt

Scripture: Genesis 41:25-36 (Joseph interprets Pharaoh’s dream)
Key Thought: Just as Egypt faced a time of plenty followed by famine, we must prepare spiritually and practically for coming challenges.
Reflection:

  • How can I store up spiritual “grain” (faith, wisdom, prayer) for difficult times?

  • Am I overly dependent on worldly systems, or do I trust God’s provision?
Prayer: Lord, help me to be wise like Joseph, preparing for the future while trusting in Your sovereignty.

Day 2: The Second Great Reset – Economic Shifts and Spiritual Readiness

Scripture: Luke 12:15-21 (The parable of the rich fool)
Key Thought: The world’s economic systems are unstable, but true security is found in Christ.
Reflection:

  • Where do I place my trust—in wealth, governments, or God?

  • How can I live simply and generously in uncertain times?
Prayer: Father, free me from materialism. Teach me to hold earthly treasures loosely and invest in Your kingdom.

Day 3: The Final Reset – Born Again for Eternal Life

Scripture: John 3:3-7 (Jesus’ words to Nicodemus)
Key Thought: The most important “reset” is a transformed heart through Christ.
Reflection:

  • Have I experienced the new birth? Am I daily surrendering to the Holy Spirit?

  • What habits hinder my spiritual growth?
Prayer: Jesus, reset my heart today. Fill me with Your Spirit and make me new.

Day 4: Revival and the Latter Rain

Scripture: 2 Chronicles 7:14; Joel 2:28-29
Key Thought: God promises revival to those who seek Him humbly and unitedly.
Reflection:

  • Am I praying for personal and corporate revival?

  • Is my church marked by love for the lost and unity in Christ?
Prayer: Lord, pour out Your Spirit on me and my church. Revive us to share Your gospel boldly.

Day 5: Witnesses in the Last Days

Scripture: Acts 1:8; Revelation 12:11
Key Thought: The Holy Spirit empowers us to testify of Christ, even in crisis.
Reflection:

  • How can I be a bolder witness for Jesus in my community?

  • Am I willing to stand for truth, no matter the cost?
Prayer: Holy Spirit, give me courage to live and speak for Jesus. Use me to draw others to Him.

Final Challenge: Each day, ask: “Am I living for temporary security or eternal purpose?” Seek God’s reset in your heart, home, and mission.

Bonus Action Step: Share a Bible truth or act of kindness with someone this week, pointing them to Christ.

“The only reset that matters is the one that prepares us for eternity.”
